Nice room. Clean and relatively spacious. refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast offered many options.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable.

I was impressed with attention to details and the cleanliness of the whole facility and rooms. Front desk was attentive my every request and issue. I would without question stay again. I also like that housekeeping didn't do the nagging knock on the door..."Housekeeping....!" routine near check out time. They let you do what you needed to do to get checked out in a timely fashion.

This was the only thing I wasn't impressed with. that was because of the selection. the attendant was quite pleasant and kind. also the breakfast items were a bit scattered in different areas (maybe because dining space was a little small) I do love that what they had was neatly stacked largely due to the affords of the attendant.

I loved that it was just off a major highway yet out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The staff was never without a smile. They actually seemed happy to be on the job taking care of us. We are not very demanding btw.

The only complaint I have was how clearly I could hear our neighbors talking through the wall. I never heard the TV though so it is quite possible that she was sitting right by the connecting door as we were in one of those connecting rooms.

Location is excellent. A little more quiet than downtown hotels. Room was clean upon arrival and cleaned each day of our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here.

It got a little noisier on Saturday evening because more people were there. Also our next door neighbor smoked outside our room and the smell came through the a/c. Not much you can do about that but it was annoying.

The view of the mountains was beautiful and my kiddos loved the fire pit. The attendant who checked us in was very sweet and she worked hard to find us 2 rooms close together on a busy night. We greatly appreciated it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite.

Sadly the fire pit was out of propane and the attendant couldn't fix it so we just got one at the store lol. The front entrance where you check in was outdated and needed to be cleaned a little. Luckily the rooms were clean and updated.

The location is excellent. Easy access to the freeway or downtown Waynesville. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There is a nice exercise room with a treadmill, an elliptical trainer and exercise bike. Also a universal weight machine. The rooms were always clean and attractive and they have 55" flat screen tv's. Always my go-to location when visiting Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Lake Junaluska area.

The table in the room made it easy to play board games into the night. The pancake machine was so cool. Watching the pancake through the little window was so mesmerizing. The mountain view from our room window was well worth the price of admission.

Any complaint i could come up with would be nitpicking at best. We truly enjoyed our one night stay. If i had to pull at straws, the light switch only turned one lamp on; all the other lamps had to be operated manually. But seriously, not a deal breaker.

The staff was great! They were very helpful and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The location provided a great view of the mountains. Thank you we had a great time!

The light over the sink did not work very well. It took anywhere from 30 mins. to over an hour for it to come on.

The location was very pretty and conveniently located. We attended a contest Sunday morning early and were not able to partake of the breakfast.

I would like to have paid using my Samsung pay application because it would have saved me a little money, but the system there would not accept that form of payment digitally. I was required to use a bank card.
