Great location, close to all kinds of food and attractions.

Hotel definitely dated, carpet in hallways were soiled and stained. Bathroom was extremely tiny, tough to get room cooled of in the afternoon.

The location and parking are wonderful for getting around downtown Raleigh. The price was very good especially for this time of year.

There were some things that could’ve been cleaner and better repaired. One of the only two elevators was not working at all. The rugs in the hallways didn’t seem very clean. The chair in my room was well worn out.

Fantastic location for downtown Raleigh. Very easy access for the bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were also very friendly and helpful in their recommendations and our room was clean. Raleigh was the starting point for a little road trip around North Carolina that we were doing for 10 days. The Hotel Inn was a great base, location wise, for downtown and the start of this trip.

We were realistic about how much we paid (relative to other downtown properties) in managing our expectations. The hotel is dated and there was no substantial breakfast provision. We weren't looking to spend any significant time in the hotel, however, so no complaints really!

Location was exceptional. Breakfast, stated as grab & go at the hotel needs tweaking

No microwave in room on 14th floor. No lower rooms available. Was told hotel will soon be torn down & new hotel will be built. Was told rooms didnt have the microwaves bcuz it wd short circuit the electricity. Thr was a communal microwave in the lobby.

Great location, a couple of blocks from Morgan Street Food Hall, and 10 min walking from downtown shops and restaurants (very close to commerce but still in a rather quiet area) Just next to the hotel there's a nice Greek restaurant and across the street a beer shop with some good sandwiches, so overall location is great) The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was very nice

Room decoration is a bit dated but overall no complains, specially considering the price!

Noel was amazing. She is extremely good at her job. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. We live in the area, but wanted one night away to celebrate my husband's birthday.

So, this is not on the hotel, but at 2:30am the guests staying next to us could not get in their room, so they thought it was a good idea to pound on the door over and over again and yell. I really don't understand how selfish someone could be and not understand other people are staying there. Anyway, other than getting to hear drunk people locked out of their room, it was a great time.

Loved the location and was an easy walk to downtown. There were a few food options around if needed but an easy walk to more. It was a quiet hotel which was nice.

One of the elevators wasn't working and left for a few long waits, especially on the upper floors.

Very nice and convenient hotel. The beds were roomy and comfortable. The sheets and towels were flawlessly clean and white. I like that towels of all types were available, which made me feel like home. Right at the downtown, so everywhere was in a walking distance.

No breakfast could be provided because of the pandemic. We had a discount because of that, so nothing to complain. Since there was no food service, it would have been better if a microwave was available in the room so we can conveniently heat the food we bought rather than having one in the reception area only.

Some wear and tear to furniture but overall very comfortable and everything worked properly. Room wasn't ready for us but shortly after got a different room to accommodate us.
