The location is very close to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The hotel lobby has a good overhead TV and has a floor is paved in clean white tiles. Outside the front door is a place to clean off your boots. Raj and Ram were very helpful in answering my questions. They guided me to find a place to fix and tune up my car. The room was very clean, as well. Like another Wyndham hotel I stayed at, I was welcome to see a new, modern room, with iron, closet, safe, refrigerator, microwave, and an over-sized desk. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with bathtub was immaculate. The TV had cable with Spectrum TV, and the best part is that it had Willow TV, unlike other places I have stayed at. The free breakfast was OK. All in all, the room was reasonably priced.

There are only a few tables to eat the free breakfast in the lobby. The free breakfast was adequate but could be improved upon. With coffee, orange juice, refrigerated egg-sausage, yogurt, and do-it-yourself waffles, the variety is there, But there could be a little more to offer. The juice machine was not working well when I was there. The hotel does not have a gym or exercise room with weights or treadmill. Having one can be helpful for out-of-town cricket players or other athletes, as well as travellers. However, the reasonably priced room offsets these shortcomings.

room was super clean and comfy, bathroom was clean too and I liked the window ledge seat but there wasn't really a view.

I didn't like that the staff told me there was breakfast until 10am but then it was over at 9am which is too early when you are on vacation. Also should have some protein source like boiled eggs at least. Either way, I expected breakfast and ended up having to get something at the Circle K next door which was fortunate to have that resource so close as there really was nothing else nearby. It is really close to the airport, but if your flight is not in the morning, you can't take advantage of the shuttle and if you arrive too early you also can't take advantage of the shuttle, but otherwise I think it's great that they do have a shuttle every 30 minutes.

The room was very clean and cosy. It was very easy to get to and from the airport and Cary so great location. Food places next door so it was easy to get fresh meals. I also thought the front desk staff was pleasant.

I didn't see any option to get food on the property outside of breakfast time. There's a vending machine and ice machine on the 3rd floor but I wanted a bottle of water and couldn't find any to buy after hours when the stores next door closed.

Upon entry to the room, it smelled like disinfectant, this is a good thing, not mad at all. Room was a little small, but comfortable stay. The staff printed things as needed and made copies of documents that we needed, which was very helpful. Microwave in room definitely a plus. Will consider Microtel Inn’s on future travels. Really liked that there was no carpet in the room.

This did not affect stay at all, but toilet paper roll was vey low when we checked in our room, there was however a new roll in the bathroom on the shelf above. Toilet seat was also loose and drain in tub had to be wiggled for water to drain at least for the room we were in. Breakfast was alright, could have more options like bread for toast and bagels.

It’s a good price. For a solo traveller is very convenient, especially if your flight has been delayed and you need a place to stay the night.

They charge you a $50 deposit which you see reflected back up to twelve days later. It’s not super inconvenient, but they should specify that on the website and in any other platform where they offer their products, along with the reasons for said deposit and the policy behind it. Other people might be on a budget and find it highly inconvenient.

I loved the location, it was so close to the airport and very convenient . The shuttle service was wonderful. Loved the fact, you could leave your car at the hotel if needed and use the shuttle service.

I particularly didn’t like that I could hear every plane that arrived to the airport. Since we were on the ground floor and close to the lobby, I could hear those who were arriving and leaving.

I like the room. The bed was very comfortable. I like the fact that the hotel had a safe as well. The room was very clean. I also like the fact that there was free breakfast.

No remote in the room. I had to call downstairs to get the remote. The staff should check to make sure all of the remotes are in each room before assigning the room.

Close to the airport, next to circle k which was super convenient. Hotel breakfast was ok- breakfast burrito, chocolate muffin and yogurt. Clean and comfortable rooms (the first time) and very friendly staff.

Stayed here twice this week- first time was great. Room was super clean and good sleep. Second time we came back there were roaches and moldy smelling room. They apparently didn’t have any rooms left to move us from there but said we could go to the hotel across the street instead..

I was a little disappointed bc when I booked I asked if we’d be able to get breakfast before our early flight and was messaged that a bag breakfast would be available and it wasn’t. Not a big deal, but shouldn’t say it if not true.

The gentleman who checked me in was beyond sweet and friendly. I told him I am moving to the area and he gave me a very warm welcome and offered to help me with anything if needed. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable.

The elevator controls need PID tuning and some general maintenance. The elevator (I nicknamed it Herby) has a mind of its own, but will get you there.
