Red Roof Inn & Suites Jacksonville, NC

The room was clean and spacious. the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was adequate but would fill up, but it was a holiday weekend.

the traffic on the highway was pretty loud at night as our room faced the street and intersection. Older room and furnishings but clean. Some signs of previous cigarette burns on bathroom fixtures but not recent, as the room had no odor at all. There was no coffee maker in the room. reported it at the front desk.

Liked the hot tub and pool for my achy joints. Staff excellent. Room on first floor. Called ahead and was Reserved/issued a room in location I preferred. Nil supplied me with towels when needed due housekeeping still not done daily if someone is in room. Check in and out excellent.

No easy access to extra clean towels. You have to go ask for them but management does get them for you. It would be nice for breakfast to last until ten instead of 9. The location ok but not near major restaurants and stores etc. Would like prices to be less but compare with most in the area.

We were on our way to Topsail Island NC and since we left home in the evening we stayed overnight the day before our vacation began. It was a reasonable price for a clean, nice hotel in this price range. I had never stayed in a Red Roof Inn but was pleasantly surprised by it.

There was nothing I didn't like I am just use to a higher end hotel which of course comes with a higher end rate. We usually spent $200-$250 a night but since we were just passing through this was a good option and worth the money.

I like that they let me check in early and checkout a little later. The room was nice the staff was very understanding to what I asked or needed. The entire place was nice and clean and the room was very comfortable for me staying someplace by myself for the first time so it was nice for me to feel comfortable.

I was allowed to check in early and check out a little later it’s not much of an inconvenience I understand it was just a $35 fee for checking in early and then a $35 fee to check out a little later.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We got the kitchenette room, and it had Pots and pans to cook. The staff was pretty friendly. All in all not too bad for the price.

For smoke free our floor constantly smelled like weed. Traffic noise and motorcycles. Also there were ko vents anywhere in the room, not too big a deal though

The location. We had an issue with our AC and the staff quickly got another room cleaned and ready for us. they upgraded us into a suite at no additional charge and had the room ready for us with in a little over an hour. everyone was very friendly.

the pool could have been a little bigger, but that is really no big deal.

Staff excellent. Lady that checked us in did outstanding. We actually came a day early and she put us in the room that was booked so we did not have to change. Pool and hot tub were nice. Glad was pet friendly.

Breakfast could have been expanded. no fruit or bacon or eggs to scramble or fry. Still found something to eat and kept stocked.

Ease of checking in, even at 1 in the morning... staff was helpful and friendly.

Lock on room was a little tricky, had to hold the door closed just right for the room key to easily open the door. Took a couple trys each time to get it too actually open up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Beds were very comfortable. Pool/Spa clean and towels for use was nice.

Breakfast didn't have much variety. Would have enjoyed fresh scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. Did enjoy the waffles!!

The staff at Red Roof Inn was excellent and went above and beyond for us when we stayed there for 13 days. The place was very clean and well kept up. I will be returning there for all of my future stays. The staff made me feel like family and helped us in any way we needed it . We got to be on first name basics and was made to feel very welcomed.
