clean rooms, lobby and breakfast on site

the smell of weed as soon as you hit the parking lot. ppl were out front but further down the sidewalk but. they were smoking weed and it smelled of it. I had my grandchildren with me so I was disappointed by that. I was told that there was nothing could be done because no smoking was inside and they were out side. overall it was ok. the hot tub was dirty and can use a drain out and fresh water otherwise it was a good quiet stay

very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. beds were comfortable and the gym was great

breakfast could have been a little longer

Polite and efficient staff, breakfast food and service, having an adjoining room with family. The location was perfect for visiting Charlotte family and attending a concert at The Fillmore.

Wet tile hallway leading from pool, although staff tried to mop promptly; Sleeper sofa when pulled out blocks access to kitchen and exit door.

It was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay with my daughter. After reading a quite bit of the reviews I loved that it was truly family oriented and we felt welcomed and safe by such friendly staff..

I would have appreciated if we were able to have had some side walks to walk around little bit and if there were a mini shopping center near to the hotel other than that everything was so lovely hoping to visit again some where else. Thank you for your services..

it’s was convenient right off the highway and not far from attractions

their hot tub in the pool area was clean while we were there and I feel like they could have a better selection for breakfast I love eggs but don’t eat sausages I didn’t see no bacon or grits and maybe a pancake maker no everyone eats waffles

The room was absolutely beautiful! I loved the high ceilings and the waffles were great. Also another bonus was the gym that was available. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like how the mask mandate wasn't taken as seriously as other places.

Clean rooms, guest laundry on site indoor pool,spa, and exercise room. But the staff was absolutely amazing and very nice and kind helped with whatever we needed help with couldn't ask for a better customer service. Breakfast was great. Will stay again.

NOt anything bad

I loved vast majority of the property.

The only thing I did not like about the property was the choose of channels for the television. I feel that the they should offer their guest cast movie options to rent or at least have a Netflix channel where their guest could who do have an account could sign in a watch movie or television show options.

Staff was very friendly and upon entry the changes due to covid were briefly explained. The grab and go breakfast like the hotel was not shabby at all. The lobby has a sleek modern feel. The room was neat and cozy. The location is perfect you're minutes away from restaurants , shops and right off the highway.

I have only 1 complaint and it's that the pool was closed and website wasn't updated in a year since pool closed.

Everyone was extremely helpful

Breakfast options were okay. It was the same everyday I wish there could’ve been a turkey sausage or turkey bacon.
