View was great, room was bigger than I expected, had a washer and dryer nice size living room, kitchen with bar seating as well as kitchen table two glass sliding doors! I never wanted to leave! Staff were friendly. One of the best vacations I've ever had at a great price. Will definitely be coming back.

No air condition so bring fans, although we left our sliding doors open with screens shut and we never got hot. It was a peaceful breeze and great view. No one bothered us, and it was still quiet and romantic that way!

Our 16-person group stayed in 2 apartments at the Highlands to go skiing at Sugar. For the cost, this place absolutely exceeded expectations. The view (see pictures) was spectacular, the extra blankets/bedding for the couch beds were great, and it was easy access to skiing (4 min drive or there was even a shuttle!). We used the kitchens to cook and they were in great working condition. We also loved the heated indoor pool (goes to 8 ft deep!) and the hot tub - it was a great place to hang out in the evenings.

The main building with the pool/hot tub could stand to be renovated, but it does seem like it is kept up well and cleaned. Shower water pressure wasn't extremely high but no big deal. Would have liked maybe a few more towels for the pool, but we used it probably more than most guests.

The views are amazing, the rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

The beds are a bit dated but comfortable enough for a few nights. Attention to fine detail is lax, but that didn't make the stay any less pleasant. The pool, game room, and bathrooms need updating in the "clubhouse". The hot tub left black goo all over my wife's backside but the pool was clean.

The location was great! Loved that the pool, game room, and workout room is always open. Apartments are so cool and high ceilings are great! Can't wait to go back this winter for snow tubing! Staff was great and apartment is fully equipped! Jacuzzi in master bathroom is soooo cool!

Only thing I can thinkof is could use a few more games in upper game room. Lot's of puzzles but not enough board games.

It was very familiar, they have a high chair for our baby, kitchen have everything you will need and it was a very pleasant experience with a nice view

The couch needs more filling to be more comfortable, but besides that it was amazing.

This particular unit could use some TLC- carpets cleaned, replace bathroom door that had separated, just general up keep. I understand it is a rental though.

This isn't the first time we've been here, and it won't be the last. We love this location, the room, the amenities, and the view. Everything is perfect for us and it'll keep us coming back.

Proximity to the ski resorts was good. The view was pretty. The room was pretty big and it had amenities, like washer/dryer and a full kitchen.

Honestly don't really have much that I didn't like. The walls were a little thin, but that's how most hotels are.

The view is the best thing about this place. But also, there’s plenty of space for two families. The facilities are fun and entertaining. The location to restaurants and recreation is great.

the only complaint I have is that the pool was closed for remodeling and we were not made aware of that before our stay. we had two little kids who were upset when we got there and it was not open. the pool was a major deciding factor in where we would stay.

The customer service was great at least what we used of it. We arrived early and where just going to check in however our room was not ready, but the service desk gave us a room that was ready to go at the time we got there. Which was really nice.

One of the only things that I thought could have been better was the amount of towels in the room. There where only two however, there was three of us staying in the room. Other than that is was great.
