I loved the location, and the suite was very nice.

The hot tub is not operational, and we were not informed of that upon check in. Also, a TV in one of the bedrooms was not working, and one of the double sinks had NO hot water. We could hear the guests upstairs every time they walked in their suite.

We really loved the location. It was located near quite a few restaurants and centrally located to a lot of breweries. The room was just the right size for my wife and I and the fully equipped kitchen was great. The elevator made checking in and out very easy.

Although the weather was mostly cool and rainy, it would have been more enjoyable if the pool was available. Also, it was bad timing to have the road resurfacing going on that weekend. The only real negative for the Residence was that the floor was quite dirty. Just a short time walking around our room our feet were quite dirty. If cleaning the floors between stays is not part of the job, maybe it should be.

The property was beautiful, very central to everything in Asheville, and the pool/hot tub/fire pit area was so pretty and relaxing! The room was spacious and perfect for my family. The room was so clean when we got there, literally spotless, except the floors. They weren’t visibly dirty though, just got black feet after walking barefoot.

The only thing that wasn’t great about this place was the floors were very dirty, not visibly dirty, I had to wipe my kids feet’s off they were so black. But everything else was literally spotless, it was so clean otherwise. And the room was very moist. Definitely in need of a dehumidifier. We will definitely still be back though.

The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. Our daughter usually doesn't like her rooms, but she slept well here. We loved the master bath layout. The kitchen's nice, and the fireplace as well. The living room is cozy. We like that there is a deadbolt on the front door. Lots of places don't have them. This place is very close to Biltmore and is priced great.

We did not like the living room couch. While we were gone the first day, someone came into our room and closed our suitcases, looked through, moved some of our stuff around, and took our towels. We didn't think there would be housekeeping during our stay, especially on the first day. We did not like this at all! We did not have a safe for valuables, nor were they put up! Thank goodness they were just nosey! Also, it smelled like whoever came in "cooked" something in our room! When we returned, our room smelled just like a microwave dinner! The smell was very strong. We did not like this at all, either! I opened the balcony doors to air it out.

Exceptional condo. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Wonderful kitchen unit. The hot tub is in a beautiful location on the property with wonderful landscaping. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I requested a top floor and they moved stuff around and got me a top floor. Really caring and helpful staff. Our condo was right across from swimming pool and hot tub. If you walk past the hot tub to the neighborhood it is a beautiful area to go fir a walk with old houses that have been there for a while . Quaint. It is in the best part of town and by every thing you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub was not working but it got fixed and finally the last two nights we were able to use it.

Great location in Asheville--easy to find and convenient to other attractions in the area. The condos are spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

We were on the lowest level and could hear the people above us walking around quite a bit. The main thing we didn't like is that Booking.com indicated that this is a pet-friendly hotel but did not mention that there is a $100 pet fee! We only stayed one night and had to pay almost as much for out 10-pound Maltipoo as we paid for our own stay, I felt this was very poor customer service on the part of Booking.com and will not do business with them again as a result. (If you book directly with the hotel, the pet fee is much less so we will do that in the future.)

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, but very comfortable. My husband really liked that. To our surprise, the room had a lovely fireplace! It also had a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There is a very nice balcony with a small table and two chairs. Full size appliances and an equipped kitchen if cooking or just making coffee. The coffee was surprisingly good and we are coffee snobs! The in-room massage (arranged by the concierge) was the best!!! Overall, we couldn't have been happier and the price was very reasonable. This place is a hidden gem in Asheville! I booked this for a last-minute business trip and could not have been more pleased. I don't know what the reviews that mentioned cleanliness we're talking about and if there was a stray cobweb I didn't notice. The whole place was neat as a pin. The kitchen is fantastic! Fully equipped with everything you need including a blender for my bulletproof coffee. Full size appliances and plenty of cooking utensils. The full size stainless steel refrigerator came in handy for keeping my local beer acquisitions cold and ready to dring after 2 long days of meetings. The whole condo is spacious and the bathroom is massive including a jacuzzi tub and a giant shower. There were plenty of towels and linens including pillows and blankets. The bed was extremely comfortable and the closets ample. There's a full size washer and dryer also. The balcony had great views and the fireplace was the icing on the cake! The luggage carts were also an added bonus.The location couldn't be better either! It is right in the heart of Biltmore village up on a hill. The distance to all the fun breweries and downtown entertainments as well as plenty of things walking distance in Biltmore village. I took a chance and booked this the first time and this was my second stay I loved it so much. I will stay here every time I visit Asheville!

There is nothing not to like! The place is awesome!

Spacious accomodations and the location is wonderful. I love the full size kitchen and huge bathroom. This is my third time booking at this property and I have not been disappointed yet. It is like a home away from home.

I stayed on the first floor and since that is not ground level in this property, it was a little difficult to navigate with a recent knee injury. It never occurred to me to request a different type of room so I cannot blame the property for this. Next time I will request an upper floor.

The room was very very clean and smelled wonderful during our two day stay. The bed was comfortable and this was a good home away from home vibe. The shower is amazing. Family Friendly . It's like your own little apartment with modern amenities .The location is central to most places. We will stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike .If you are a smoker of any kind you might be disappointed . These are non smoking rooms and they are very serious about it. You can smoke in your vehicle but not in the room or on the balcony.
