Great location from Ontario beach and the strong museum without the added price tag for close location. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Front desk staff was friendly.

Pool and hot tub chemicals seemed a bit much/strong. Pool was cloudy but we still used it and enjoyed. We had a constant beeping coming from the electrical outlet in between the beds. Nothing I did stopped it and the maintenance staff ‘couldn’t hear it’ so it wasn’t fixed. With a white noise app, tv, and AC, it was tolerable. Just a bit annoying.

Breakfast was good from a variety standpoint however the quality as in taste of the breakfast wasn't the best the pancakes were good though on another note housekeeping did a wonderful job and overall hospitality from staff was excellent.

The hot tub was a vibe very relaxing and satisfying my only concern was the build up of dirt mixing with the bubbles building up inside of the hot tub. It seemed to be coming from what seemed to be the inside border of the hot tub which was very dirty i'd suggest staff clean the inside border of the hot tub to prevent the build up from occuring.

Excellent location! Shopping center and restaurants with everything you could need right there. Besutiful location with a beautiful lake and trail right behind the hotel where you could walk a dog and take beautiful photos. This was a phenomenal business hotel. I'd highly recommend to businesspeople visiting thr Rochester area.

The breakfast was great--pancake machine a real plus! Hot egg dishes and turkey sausage also good, and the cinnamon buns were just the right size--not too big. Oatmeal also a plus! Coffee selections were good, too.

Front desk agent was sometimes friendly and greeted me, but other times she did not. The lack of housekeeping for my three nights was ok--I had adequate towels, etc.--but it would be nice to have turndown service.

It was clean, it had big rooms, and the staff was excellent. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. A smile and greeting every time you came in or left. The back patio was a really nice added spot to gather.

Not sure there was really much to not like. There was some stains in the grouting where the tub met shower but not sure if that’s really very cleanable. Overall, it still was a clean room that did the job. I would stay there again.

close to my parents in Ontario love the park next door-- easy to get outdoor exercise. close to supermarket to buy whatever you need. rooms are super big--making it very easy to stay with children. nice pool and gym area too. All staff is always helpful, friendly. breakfast area is great and they paid special attention to Covid safety this past Nov 2021.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and organized and we were greeted warmly by the entire staff. I'm sure Holiday Inn would consider that just a normal day. Thank you.

Everything else. Pool was great, staff, and breakfast. Our queen suite was huge and worked perfectly for us, two kids and a baby. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful.

Our room was exceptional hot. I did let the staff know the next day when we checked out. They were going to look into it. The 4th floor in general was a sauna when you walk off the elevator. A ottoman was not clean in the room Someone squished food on it before we got there then pushed it under the table.. We also used the pull out and it did not seem to be cleaned in a while, as crumbs fell out. These things are minor to me, but want staff to be aware.
