The power was out when I arrived, and I had to talk to a agent from Bookings.com to put my wife on the reservation so she could check in when power was back on. That agent from Bookings (not your staff) was horrible, wanted to charge me $50 for modifying my reservation, told them its ok I’ll check in and they canceled my entire reservation and said I’d be charged. Then hung up on me when I tried to call back. Your again assured me they would charge me the cancelation and even gave me the same rate I had booked before. She was great, professional, and rectified the horrible experience I had with bookings and made the trip all worth wile!

The room was huge and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was massive, hot and fresh. The pool was nice but the air in the room was chilly so we couldn't swim for long. I love the dove soaps and hand wash and lotion provided. Also THANK YOU .for the firm pillows!!

The pool room was chilly. The water was perfect. Also the garbage on the second floor in the common area was not changed and pungent for 2 days.

When we check in with showing printed paper if confirmation, front desk ( a man ) said there is no our reservation there . we are surprised with this situation. The guy still said there’s no our reservation after couple minutes,even we asked him to double checked, later my husband said, can you check with our home address,then he said he found the reservation, he doesn’t any apologies

Undoubtedly the best feature of this hotel was the eminently practical layout of both the bedroom and washroom. There was more storage in this hotel room than any that I have stayed in previously - and we really needed it as we were staying there one night in the middle of moving from Brooklyn to Canada. You could tell they had actually put a lot of thought into designing the rooms, which so often is not the case. The parking lot was large and safe. The breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast.

My only complaint is that we were given a double room when I had booked a king. We were too tired when we arrived to make a fuss about this, and we were only staying one night, so we just stayed in the room we were given.

breakfast was great with a good variety and was replenished promptly. location is good as its near restaurants and just off the main highway. u have to drive though as no sidewalk to get around.

the room amenities was poor. just one lotion was left when u know the room is going to have 3 guests. Also, the sofa bed was not set up and the blanket and sheets was given at the reception for me to carry to the room!!! That's a first ! never have I had to carry my bedding to the room in any hotels all around the world!!

Love the lights in the room. Loved the jacuzzi. The bed was super comfy. Loved all the amenities in the room from the kurig to the fridge and closet space.

The shower flooded the room because the shower curtain doesnt reach the floor. So when I got out there was water all over the floor in the bathroom and by our entry way. The pillows on the bed were too soft. All they did was sink right to the bed. I would recommend a former pillow or at least have the option to request firmer ones to customers. I would also recommend there be some kind of bubble bath for the jacuzzi.

the place is clean, staff friendly, and is located close to the university.

I didn’t care for our room on the first floor. located near the lobby, elevators, exercise room , and pool. You hear all the people traffic, it was very noisy. Very annoying.

The breakfast was spot on! No complaints here! They even had a fancy pancake making machine I had never seen before it was truly genius! My husband loved it!

Very good breakfast, very good bed and clean room. The workers are really nice here. I enjoy the stay.

The wifi is not fast enough or they set some limitation on downloading or updating smartphone apps. If you were using the wifi for zoom, do not download things while you were using because that's how slow the network is. Plus, you really need a car to get in and out. Walking to downtown is impossible here. Or you can use Lyft or Uber to move around the city.

The room was spacius and quite clean. There was good water pressure. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast served.

The pool was not available to use. The view from our room was the roof.
