Very friendly staff. The room was simple, but clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ample free parking space.

Maybe better hotel regulations regarding smoking weed? I mean I understand medical marijuana is legal, but there has to be hotel rules about respecting the right of the person who needs it for medical purposes, and the rights of those who want to sleep without having to contend with the smell of weed coming out from the room across or next to them.

I stayed in a king suite, loved the layout of the room and amenities for almost a week stay. Bed and pillows very comfortable and this is my priority for longer stays. The toom was set up to have visitors and still have privacy in sleeping area. Great location and parking. Easy to travel in Westchester or city and close to Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Definately will stay again.

Breakfast for COVID a little chaotic. Nice set up to fill out menu but seemed like guests were confused, long line on Saturday morning. I did not take breakfast. I will look forward to non-pandemic stay.

I liked the Nutella at breakfast. The bedroom was very spacious. The room was really big the tv showed a lot of good streaming channels like Netflix. The pillows were really nice

During my stay not all the facilities were open and were under renovations causing my family and I to find other ways to do physical exercise.

Good size room with kitchenette. Comfy bed. Friendly staff (everyone said good morning). Clean facilities. Coffee station in lobby all times and decent mini-market in lobby.

Lack of task lighting in bathroom makes it difficult to shave or put on make-up. Also need stand alone mirror that flips to magnify. Was not crazy over cooked breakfast items (i.e. egg frattata and sausage biscuit). Fancy but looked unappetizing. Best if just stick to basics with wide appeal like scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon.

- Proximity to Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains. - Quiet room. - Partial wall separating the bedroom from the suite room. - Comfortable bed. - Great breakfast.

- Shower head leaked and only operated in 1 mode. - Mold in shower. - Couch was sagging and not comfortable to sit on. - Floor was bouncy in some areas of bedroom.

Really comfortable beds, room was very clean. They had had a laundry problem earlier in the day and were running late with rooms, despite being told it might be 40 minutes, it was little more than 10 minutes and Ruben, the manager, was personally checking on those waiting, personally checking the rooms to be sure they were excellent and gave everyone in our party a free drink. Could not have asked for more. I would stay there again.

Everything! The suite was wonderful. The heated pool was nice and clean with towels to dry with.

-The walls in the shower had a few different types of hair or what could be made out to be short pubic hairs, so a little more attention could have been given to the cleaning of the shower. - The hot tub was out of service. After a good work out the hot tub is nice to soak in to relax the muscles.

Staff: Tonya, Javier & Jason AWESOME! Location was perfect less than 2 miles from Lyndhurst/Westminster. Fabulous restaurants nearby: Il Fresco is 5 star!

Breakfast would’ve been good with scrambled eggs. Otherwise, there were lots of other choices. Two cracked & loose tiles just under-foot when walking in bathroom concerned might cut feet.

bathroom exhaust fan did not work day 2 of our stay turned. water was brown and smelled like Sulfur. hot water disappeared and staff said they were flushing out water system. we waited for hot water. it took forever and water was brown

Room was comfortable and clean. Receptionists were courteous, informative and pleasant. Easy parking.

Compliments to 'handyman' David for solutions to the following: - Refrigerator had not been plugged in and an 'active' one was located - important as medication had to be refrigerated - We were able to pull out and connect the microwave ourselves - Could not turn on or adjust heat/air. After checking the thermostat, and checking for any malfunction in the unit, the problem turned out to be a circuit breaker that was off.
