The room is big, plenty of room to navigate around 2 queen beds. Good size bathroom, very nice 6' walk-in shower. Upon check-in we weren't asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned after our 1st night, so I was very surprised that it wasn't. Apparently their policy is that you must request it. There was a problem with the toilet seat that they repaired immediately. The staff is very warm, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was VERY good. The area is clean and constantly maintained.

They forgot to tell us that we needed to let them know we wanted the room cleaned and the beds made.

The breakfast was OK, and the offerings were fair. There could have been a better variety of fruit. The coffee should have been in the same place instead of being more a part of the lobby. Kind of disjointed. I do want to express special thanks to Mary, who keeps the breakfast area running well. I asked her abt the best places to look for apts., etc., and she was extremely helpful. By the second morning she’d taken the time to write down further recommendations. Very thoughtful.

The first night I went down to the pool/jacuzzi area, and was disappointed at finding the area kind of neglected. The water filters didn’t seem to be running in the pool, and both had stagnant foam on them. I got the jacuzzi jets going, but wasn’t comfortable going in the pool. When I went down to the treadmill the second night, both the pool/jacuzzi looked better. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to jse them. I was disappointed because that was the main reason I’d chosen the place.

Very clean hotel, seemed recently updated. Staff were very kind and helpful. They provided a list of local places to eat and were more than willing to help us find what we needed during our stay. Breakfast had enough variety and the eating area was nicely laid out. We rarely stay at Comfort Inns and I would definitely stay here again!!

The coffee service area was small so only one person could get and prepare coffee at a time. But coffee and tea were available at all times!

The complimentary breakfast was of average quality, at best, especially the pre-packaged one-egg omelettes. No bread for toast was available. It seemed wasteful to have 2 waffle griddles going for 3 hours every morning versus providing packaged ones that could be toasted. Much less messy and faster, especially for travelers in a rush. I booked online and had to pay a premium for staying on a weekend night during an off-peak time of year. The hotel had a very low census that night. That kind of pricing seems rigid.

Comfort Inn and Suites was very enjoyable. The friendly staff made our stay very nice. We were given information on near by eating and entertainment. The facility was wonderful: breakfast was awesome - so many choices. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great. It was quiet and very clean. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

I have been doing business and traveling all over the country for the past 17 years of my life and by far, this has been my greatest hotel experience and greatest time ever spent traveling. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in and met Tiffani who was extremely funny and over the top with her above and beyond customer service! All of the staff were amazing and greeted you with warm welcomes and smiles each time they saw you and nobody ever complained or looked at me annoyed whenever I had a request. Breakfast was a short selection yet satisfying with many different options to choose from and I loved going to the pool and gym and sauna each day. My woman loved the place and said the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was in a great prime location, with several restaurants and stores in a 2 minute walk radius. The hotel also offered free laundry services which was an even greater perk! If I ever need to return to the area for another business trip or vacation, I will definitely be booking here once again. This is my favorite hotel in my whole life! Great job guys!!!

There is not 1 thing I didn't like

The property was excellent, with big rooms, a king-size bed, and a decent couch for a fourth or fifth person. Clean hotel and clean rooms. The continental breakfast is not what you expect. This one has sausage, bacon, eggs, English muffins, white bread, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal. It's like Mcdonald's in the hotel. I had continental breakfast before, but it was cereal and bagels and some sweets, that is it. My parents and I were impressed.

I can't think of anything other than the person preparing the breakfast not anticipating the amount of food for the people that come down in waves. At one point, there wasn't enough food, but the day prior, which was a Saturday, the lady was good at having things ready. Minor details that won't overshadow the excellent service.

Next time i visit my family in Schenectady, this will be my choice of place to stay. The room was clean and had everything my family and I needed. The hotel does have a nice sized pool ( i didnt get to use it sadly) I wanted to say the breakfast was EXCELLENT, 10/10, my only complaint is that it ends a little early but thats okay. Last but not least, Tiffany and Juan were so very accommodating and friendly and informative. What an amazing staff this hotel has. Im so glad I chose to stay here

We stay here several times a year when visiting family. Always a fantastic stay: facility is always spotlessly clean, the staff super friendly. Love the King Suite....I think I could see myself living in one if need be.

The fruit selection during breakfast was disappointing....only bananas available, which I can't have. Would have liked to see some apples at least in the fruit bowl.
