Courtyard by Marriott Oneonta

I loved everything about this stay. Location was perfect; close to everything and off the main rd. Cleanliness was on point. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. I picked the top floor and they gave me the room next to the elevator but I heard nothing which was perfect. Had breakfast included with my stay and gotta say, we feasted (starbucks coffee included). Staff was excellent, specially my food server/barista, he was the best. Overall perfect stay!!!

We arrived early and one of the staff members went out of his way to go see if any of the rooms were available as they had not been released in the system as of yet. He returned a few minutes later, had found some rooms available and pleasantly checked us in. The next day he was assisting with taking breakfast orders at the counter cafe where they had no table service and, again, was extremely pleasant, and brought my order to me at the table instead of just calling out the order. His level of service made a difference. In addition, the hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and in a very convenient location. We also had to do some laundry and the front desk provided complimentary detergent. I also liked the back courtyard area with the firepit even though I didn't have time to enjoy it.

The cafe was closed for dinner/drinks in the evening, but that was not a big deal.

When we checked in Scott was at the desk. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He asked us if there was anything we may need or if we needed help with location and places around the area. He knew we were in town for a funeral and he was very sincere. We would definitely go back.

There isn't a free breakfast.

Pool and hot tub. Large room. Frig and microwave east to walk to stores nearby ghjhvhhfghfcvhvvhcvvvbvvbccvcvvvvvvbcbbvvv bbffbvcbvcbvcbvcvb

At least coffee free downstairs brewed. Would have been nice to have music by the pool area. Hccvccbcvhfcbvbbcbvcbv vb vbb b. Bhgchcvvc

The food was exceptional !! The staff was so friendly & helpful. They really out did themselves. My son wanted something not on the breakfast menu, yet the staff prepared it for him.

Pool could be bigger.

My daughter said the Christmas trees outside. Lol It was very clean. Loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers.

We cannot think of anything. Maybe just a little pricey for my checking account. 😏

Kind staff, great coffee, clean rooms

The breakfast food was sometimes scarce, and the housekeeping comes early in the morning (7am) with clean towels and to take the dirty ones away. If you don’t have the do not disturb sign on the door, they’ll wake you up.

The breakfast was great! The pool was also phenomenally helpful and we are so fortunate that the staff was able to accommodate us; they let us into the pool area early on Sunday so that we could get to work on time and also be more relaxed for our long journey home.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

We like how close it is to the university of oneonta

We would of liked complementary coffee. But I did love having Starbucks in the lobby.

quick check in. spotless accommodation. smelled fresh. all needs were provided and more. quiet inside and out, even with being busy.
