Clean and Convenient to our homestead on Lakeshore Road, in Cicero NY

Why charge $40 to take their shuttle to the Syracuse, NY Airport? Shuttles usually take you to & from the airport you fly into; not the Holiday Inn Express. My room window looked out to a swamp & I-81 but my Room 204 was close to the elevator; thank you!

After an unpleasant experience at another hotel, we booked with your hotel. On arrival, the desk clerk, Evelyn, was welcoming and efficient. She even noticed that our online booking had secured a king size bed and we had a 3-person party. She called us back to the desk and changed our room, upgrading us to a suite. This experience was very pleasant and we appreciated her kindness.

Located close to the stadium for the game we were going to see, clean, friendly staff, great water pressure in the shower.

My only complaint is that there were no outlets free near the beds to charge our phones.

this is a first rate hotel. all the finishes were excellent and in good repair. the bed was comfortable and clean.

signage. it was tall enough to see from the road but I went past the driveway because the name of the hotel wasn’t on it. Once inside the hotel I lost track of the elevator (EXIT went to the stairs) and the lobby.

The location to the I81 off and on and a Cracker Barrel next door. Excellent after a full day of driving. When we checked we were told that we had been given Upgrade😁. My husband has disability and we had been travelling for days so it was sooo appreciated.

Room was huge. Staff were great. Pool was nice. Many choices for breakfast. Neighbors had a dog, I am assuming they are pet friendly. Gas, groceries and restaurants near by.

My card didn't work at the side door to get in, could have been user error.

Very large room with large refrigerator, microwave, plenty of seating and counter space.

There was one large burned spot on the carpet. It was about the size of a plate.

Stayed at a number of hotels from different chains on the way down to Florida and back, and this was the best complementary breakfast we had on this trip.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Great mattress and pillows and facility felt safe and was clean. There were signs up about "quiet time" and everyone on our floor adhered to that. We had a light bulb go out but it did not detract from our stay. The location was very convenient for us. Breakfast was self serve and well stocked for our needs, considering covid restrictions. My grandson would have liked waffles or pancakes but was content with pop tarts and cereal.

No hair dryer in rooms. Staff stated it was a county covid regulation.

The breakfast spread was plenty and amazing. The location was close to the airport and was quiet overall. The pool was perfect and we had a nice stay.

The pool room was a little noisy with other people on it but that is my only complaint.
