Decent rooms , very clean , complimentary breakfast, good location , cooperative friendly staff especially at the front desk , with the exception of the head of the room cleaning,. Greatly appreciated that I was permitted to have a late checkout.

1) breakfast area too small for the size of the hotel , people were eating on the furniture in the reception area , and in a neighboring meeting room , didn’t feel at all comfortable . Breakfast apart from that was satisfactory . 2) cleaning ladies and their head very annoying on the last day . Had received permission for a one hour late checkout . They started harassing us an hour before check out twice, and another two times after that , just about got into an argument with the head . Left aggravated from the hotel, gave me the worst impression.

Clean and comfortable

We got a room with handicap accessibility on 2nd floor. We were told it's the only ro available, but few minutes later another desk agent told us there was another room available. Most of the desk agents are friendlly; and some are more professional and care more about guests than others. Overall, a great place: it is one of our favorite places to stay.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us to visit family in area.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't move to open or close. I spoke to staff at the front desk and a repair man came to the room very promptly. He was able to adjust the hingers enough for us to us the door with some effort. The door in my opinion needs to be replaced.

The room was excellent The bed was excellent The tub was great we stayed in the suite with the spa tub for the money I think it took should have been maybe a little better but I got to say it was excellent had a great time my wife and I went there for an hour anniversary just quick escape for a night had a great time staff was great very helpful

It would have been nice to be able to cast from my phone so we could have watched Netflix and stuff but we didn't really need the TV all that much anyway

The most pleasant staff ever! Charlie; the manager was more than helpful. He took all of our luggage out of car and wheeled it to our room and then unloaded it for my husband while I checked us in and with a smile the entire time. Most pleasant! Nya; at the front desk is in the most appropriate position; hospitality..she was the sweetest and kindest. Always willing to help with any needs with a BIG gracious smile! Our stay there couldn't have been better. We will be back to LI and will stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was good.

I reserved a room for 4 people but there were only 3 towels in the room. I had to call the front desk and go down myself to pick the extra towel. I wish housekeeping items were delivered to the room instead.

Convenience to state park

Only one elevator in use during busy weekend. Breakfast ending at 9 AM on Monday, etc No complimentary bottled water for guests Price of accommodation inflated by 30% over past 3 years. Children allowed unattended in fitness room.

Clean. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave!

Location was a little tricky getting to. Nothing can be done about it, but it was a little tricky.

Location perfect for purpose of family visit. Parking car was fine, staff very nice and breakfast was more than adequate.
