Same old same old

Price for a holiday install inn was high. Stay in your lane.

Awesome location! Great view of the mountains! Just south of downtown, and off a side road from the highway (no noise/and no worrying about safety). Breakfast was wonderful, hot and fresh with lots of options. There was a little putting area, and a small courtyard for hanging out at.

Amber was very helpful and friendly at the front desk. Room was larger than I expected. Plenty of space for our stuff.

The back entrance to the building was not automatically secure. Door was really hard to close.

Brand new, off the highway so you didn’t hear a bunch of noise, the flowers in the courtyard showed signs of obvious care, it was just all lovely… Not to mention the weather but I won’t give holiday in credit for that ;-)

The property was perfect

We stopped off I-25 for the night in Raton and stayed here. Due to Covid cases rising, we liked that it was separate from the main street of gas stations/drive thru restaurants, but just one exit away so very convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room wasn’t stocked with coffee (only decaf) but the free grab & go breakfast was nicely stocked with coffee and packaged pastries. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Overall a good value for a comfortable night sleep!

All amenities are closed and breakfast isn’t hot due to Covid, but this was to be expected and we didn’t mind at all as we just stayed a night. A little tricky to find the parking lot entrance, we had to turn around a few times with our truck/trailer, but the lot itself is huge and great for truck parking.

The pool stayed open pretty late. The staff was amazing. And the hotel it’s self was nice.

We found hair in on the shower wall, our floor was not vacuumed.

Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room very quiet.

This is our third or fourth stay at this Raton hotel and it is the best in the area. The only small thing to critisize was the washbasin is too close to the toilet bowl, so easy to bang your hip sitting down.

The breakfast was great. The room was very nicely upgraded.

They could use better signage to find the hotel off of the freeway…a little tricky.

The property was nice but my TV didn’t work. Maintenance tried to fix it but it still didn’t work. I liked that breakfast was served at 5:30 am.

breakfast was great everything was amazing other than them charging us twice however that was resolved a few days later so all is well. will stay again!
