Very comfortably appointed room. Loved the chair and ottoman. Terrific deep bath! Comfy beds. Lots of pillows a plus. Staff, especially Jessica, were professional and welcoming. Good coffee in the lobby. Laundry was a huge plus! Gorgeous color photographs of NM everywhere. KUDDOS on the solar parking lot. PETS, WOO HOO. Breakfast - See also, below.

EXCEEDINGLY DISAPPOINTED THE USE OF THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WERE NOT AVAILABLE. The very reason I chose the property. Breakfast, while meticulously tended and fairly well stocked, overall it was pretty tired. Under microwaved sausage patties, gravy and eggs everyday. The same Three packaged muffins for a week. No danish. Cold butter and syrup, no boiled eggs and a sad fruit assortment. Apples and oranges obviously days old. Packaged oatmeal, cereal. I’m sorry but this breakfast included protocol lacks imagination and needs to be re-thought and refreshed. Not just at this property but across the industry. It doesn’t really improve the quality of the experience. Time to replace the rugs throughout. Love that is one but the Dog park needs tending badly.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and they made our stay so much easier. The room clean and the beds were comfortable. I was quite happy about the big shower in the bathroom. The location was close to I-40, so that was a bonus for me.

I couldn't quite see my vehicle from my room, but I knew the location so I wasn't too concerned about it. Overall, everything met me expectations, and I didn't really dislike anything.

We had a family member hurt and the entire staff, especially the two ladies at the desk jumped into action and took excellent care to help. We had a wonderful time because of the extra attention. Those people deserve a raise! Breakfast was delicious. 😋

Both the room and the bathroom were absolutely huge. Much bigger than the normal family rooms that we stay in. The breakfast was quite good generally, but the breakfast attendant was the best part. He was extremely nice and very helpful, as were all of the staff. Location was exactly what we were looking for: easy access to the highway as a stop-over hotel. It also had some decent food options in the immediate area.

It is definitely nit-picking, but the shower curtain was extremely annoying. It was a curved shower rod, and the curtain kept sliding down from both sides, gathering in the middle. Ended up with the floor completely soaked. Also, as good as the hotel was, it seems a bit on the expensive side for a stop-over generic hotel.

the property seemed new, easy to get to…staff was very nice…room spacious even a bigger tv than most hotels. loved the shower height not assuming everyone under 5’4! next door is a subway that gives hotel customers 10% off A/C worked great …location pretty quiet

1) had to pay pet fee which I get , but not real good places for rent waking/bathroom landscaping Rick or cement ..pet area was a gravel area right by highway that had not been maintained…if I have to pay I fee I hope it goes to good use…2nd floor vending machine broken ….they put all pet travelers in the second floor which kinda sucks for potty breaks. I’ve said this for other hotels if I have to pay a pet fee people should have to pay a kid fee…kids running up and down hallway most of evening. room mostly clean but I found old dog food and food on the floor and a bottle cap in the chair in the room so I’m guessing for pet fee vacuuming is t included. room also smelled of previous pets not being well behaved prior to our stay

Nice location, friendly & helpful staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed, nice bathroom and towels.

Just a heads up to repair tub/shower drain & put in brighter light bulbs in the wall sconce when you first walk into your room.

Our room was comfortable and the amenities were good. Good hot breakfast options and organized very well. Sara was courteous and kept the area clean and presentable.

Upon check-in the young man who checked us in was courteous and explained about the high calcium in the water, which tasted very salty but assured us that it was safe, There was an older man at the front desk (Ray) also upon check-in that wasn't very pleasant. He never smiled and welcomed us, it seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Breakfast was delicious. I absolutely loved the pancake machine. Staff was very nice.

There was food left in the fridge that was discovered when we arrived which was disgusting. The coffee machine definitely needs a better clean or just a replacement because the water left mineral buildup.

Great Hot Breakfast. Good strong coffee available 24 hours. Room & Bed were comfortable.

Carpet in room was a little ripped up. Hallways need more vacuuming, because there was a lot of dried mud in Hallways.

Was all right. Breakfast Seemed lacking some products like dairy products. No yoguart.

I feel we should have been discounted on our motel rate when the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs.
