Red Roof Inn Neptune - Jersey Shore

Came up Monday afternoon for a funeral till weds check in was easy room was clean that was a big thing for us but it was very clean And not outdated I would stay again

Slight stale smoke Smell in our room I don’t know if it was from another room or somebody previously had smoked and there wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything big you can tell it was cleaned I’d like I said wasn’t an inconvenience as I am a smoker I just followed the guidelines of smoking 20 feet from the building The steps walking up to the second floor in the hallway there could use some work but then again it’s not a dealbreaker I was pleased with my stay as you can see they are very efficiently taking care of the property

Room was great for our stay. Staff and housekeeping were professional. Clean and well maintained. Also, the floor was laminated and not carpeting. Nice light color clean and polished. This is what all hotel should have.

Unfortunately the outside pool was closed. We understand that there were other circumstances that out of your control.

I liked how close it was to the beach and the center of Asbury Park...about a 15 minute drive. The bed was comfortable and we love how accommodating red roof inn was to pets since we brought our dog! It was brightly lit in the parking lot so I felt very safe at night when taking my dog outside.

The only thing I didn't like was the artificial white light bulbs in the lamps inside the rooms. I prefer more natural, yellow hued lighting! But honestly no big deal since everything else was great!

My husband and I made a last minute discission to stay over in NJ and this was the perfect option for us. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.

They don't have a continental breakfast, but the staff have us some suggestions.

Room was kept comfortably cool in these hot, summer months. Staff gave us as many chilled bottles of water as we asked for. House keeping was not intrusive and did an excellent job keeping the room clean.

Had a great time close to where we needed to go for the evening.

I didn't like the fact that there was a card you had to put on file for the room if something broke.

It was ok. Older and could use some updating. Bed was comfortable. Had what I needed for a one night stay.

Make updates in bathroom. It had the wrong size tiolet seat for the tiolet. Very weird. Hair dryer could use a thorough cleaning.

The place is clean, the front desk is very friendly.

The bed sheets need a update, the curtin on my room had a hole I could seen outside.

The receptionist was very friendly! She greeted us with the sweetest smile. The location of the hotel was great, just 10 mins to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Value for money!

The bathroom was very dirty. Random hair stuck on the tiles and shower. A wash cloth even had make up stains on. The cleaning staff should be more careful.

Layout was good, great outdoor space for a dog friendly hotel, friendly staff.

Not great soundproofing between rooms, so not fabulous for light sleepers but had a great stay for friend’s wedding festivities.
