I did not actually stay here. When I got to my room, there were some problems but the hotel was fully booked. The manager helped to find me a room elsewhere. They were all so kind and helpful. I would definitely book with them again. I have many times before when I've been in town for a conference and it's always been great. I've based my review on the staff member who helped me that night, not on the condition of my room. I've never had a hotel find me another place to stay and I feel like that was an above-board thing to do. They have always been great in the past. So please, give them a chance. It really is a good place to stay.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. I had originally booked this room with incorrect dates, but they were very helpful in getting that issue fixed with no extra problems or cost. The hotel is under renovations for the next year or two, but it was never disruptive yo my stay. I did spend most of my daytime out of the hotel, though, which is when they would be working. Good job on keeping everything comfy and quiet when it mattered. The single queen room was clean and cozy. It had everything I needed with minimal wear on the furniture. The in-room coffee machine was ready and stocked, even if I never used it. Bathroom was clean and the water was hot. Continental breakfast was what I expected. Having a few hot options was a nice surprise. Bonus points for the waffle medallion machine and biscuits & gravy. Checkout was a breeze. Cards were handed over and I was out in under ten minutes. Staff were ready to help out with any issues or request, so an A+ for attentiveness and customer service.

This may be a personal issue, but the bed was unimpressive. A very firm bed with extra-soft, no-support pillows made for suboptimal sleep. Nights were quiet, except for the doors, which shut very loudly. Everyone on the floor would be aware of anyone coming or going.

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. The desk clerk recommended a fabulous steak house, Whisky Creek, and it was exactly what I wanted. And it's good to know if something comes up, they've got your back to help you out. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever that way again, this is where I'll be staying, and I'm telling all my friends.

The ice maker on the first floor was broken but scheduled to be fixed. There was one on the third floor.

Room was clean and pet-friendly. Easy access from I-80, and conveniently located to restaurants/activities and the UNK campus. Front desk staff was personable and helpful. Extra treats for our dog were much appreciated!

TV reception and choice of stations to watch was not great. Little noisy with doors opening/closing in the hall, but that’s to be expected.

It was good for a continental breakfast.

the shower in the handicap room. A shower door would work better than a curtain. We were there for just one night and I don't remember some of the things because they weren't something we were looking for. We just needed a nice quiet, comfortable and clean place to stay.

Very nice staff at check in and check out. Good value for an overnight on our trip. Loved seeing people with their dogs. We felt safe leaving the bike locked to the roof bike rack over night because we could park it right under the light and the desk clerk said that they keep and eye and have cameras in the parking lot.

Just noticed one of those little black beetles crawling by the desk as we were getting ready to leave. Didn't freak me out as they are harmless. Breakfast was lacking in fruit and no eggs or meat but thought maybe they were waiting on a delivery after the weekend or they just didn't have enough staff to run it. Not a big deal.

Very very clean and spacious room, with high ceilings. Rubber tub mat. Hot water in the shower. Comfy window seat. Nice staff.

We could not sleep well because doors were slamming most of the night. People entering the fitness area, stairwell, exit door..... we heard it well.... all night long. Our room was on the very end, not soundproof whatsoever. Missing paint chips at the bottom of walls. Breakfast, the old bagels, the doughy biscuits. The best part of breakfast was the juice.

This hotel was such a good value. Great breakfast, very clean, and comfy rooms. The night shift lady who checked us in (wish I caught her name) was absolutely amazing. Such a genuine kind human. made sure our fridge was working beforehand so I could store my breast milk. Also personally helped me get the luggage cart into the elevator as she saw I was struggling trying to also carry our baby. Truly outstanding customer service and that makes all the difference.

The bedding and sheets were fabulous! Bed and pillows comfortable. Kleenex box in the wall instead of the counter. Heat lamp in bathroom. I didn’t think I would like the bathroom counter as it looked small but having a shape like that makes it easy to get close to the mirror to do your makeup! Loved that!❤️ Treats for Fido in the lobby is a nice touch for those traveling with dogs.😊They also keep coffee on all day☕️👍🏻

The shower made a high pitched squeaking noise when you turned the water on. The walls were scuffed. The decor and painting the walls a color is a great idea BUT….. if you are going to do that housekeeping needs to wipe down the scuff marks and call maintenance to touch up walls that are scuffed. Otherwise, it makes the rooms look run down. If it weren’t for the above, I would have rated the hotel a 10.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts are very good. Coffee 24 hours is very good. Price is reasonable and the location is very convenient to Hwy. 80 for traverlers.

battery went dead on our room door and was locked out for a time. toilets to low to the ground and hard to reach toilet paper spools could have put them in a more convenient place for reaching.
