The room was clean with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Hallways were clean and elevators came quickly and were spacious. We used a meeting room for a family gathering and it was pleasant and clean. Although the driveway that one used to get to the front door of the building was a tight fit for the many cars that were trying to negotiate the space, the valet staff did a good job.

The $9.95 per night for internet was excessive and surprising. I’ve never stayed at a good hotel that charged for internet use. The fact that it was per night was out of line. It would not have been unusual for the hotel that charged $250 a night (which included AAA discount) to have some sort of free continental breakfast. The buffet breakfast at $20 per person was good but many of our family members wanted breakfast but not a whole buffet. We were there to visit family so just turned on the television briefly but found the TV menu very difficult to navigate and there was no written guide to channels for reference.

from start to finish the staff, facilities, and amenities exceeded my expectations. amazing service all around.

the room next to us was having a party and it kept us from sleeping. it wasn’t a big deal but maybe investing in some more sound proof walls or confirmation of quiet times would be smart.

Nice location and clean room, but the heating is too noise.

I am shock that we had to pay for $10 in order to use wifi while most places have free wifi in the hotels, plus we didn't realize that we have to pay $10 when we watched Netflix even thought that we had an account, but we didn't have a clear information. I don't mind that we had to pay for $21 parking since it is very clear when I booked it, but not info for charge of wifi. It is very disappointing about this, otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Great location, very clean and rooms were updated

The parking garage needs to be worked on ASAP had potholes, very narrow parking spots, the stairway was dangerous (falling apart concrete and full of rust). Also our rooms sink had a venting problem that caused it to make sounds anytime any of the bathroom plumbing was used.

parking garage elevator and room floor elevators were separate. Was 2 miles from downtown but was advertised as blocks from downtowns making it seem like a 5-10 min walk but was actually 45 min walk. Also, constructio/lane closures on road where main entrance was located, would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew that.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. This was our first trip since Covid and I felt comfortable as far as safety and cleanliness. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Ther is a Starbucks in the lobby that was NEVER opened. Maybe early in the morning only. I was dying for a coffee after a day out and couldn’t get one, not even at the bar. also the bar closes too early and I was surprised to find no room service 😕

The location if our room put us overlooking the flat roof of another building where we heard the constant drone of the compressors or whatever they are. But appreciated being able to control the temperature in our room.

I'm over hotels using Covid as an excuse to not tidy/make beds/replace towels every day. Rates have not been reduced despite this service not being offered. I understand not coming in the room while we're there, but once we're gone for the day, there isn't an additional risk of Covid for them to come in and make the bed.

Excellent service - front desk, check-in was easy (and Gigi?) was thoughtful and kind upon learning we were in town for a funeral. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Bartenders also fab!

Self parking was a little confusing when leaving but we were able to figure it out.

I loved the location . close to shops and restaurants

we were originally out in a room right near the elevator- it was very noisy, but the front desk staff was nice enough to move us to a different floor and at the end of the hallway
