Best Western New Albany

Very clean. Outside, hallways, and room. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. No smells. Updated carpets and flooring and bathroom. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and other continental items. Very sweet lady working breakfast buffet who was excellent. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was at the end of the hallway near the exit door, so when people went in or out it slams like a regular heavy hotel room door at all hours of the day/night. Have a sound machine app on your phone, that helps blocks some. The room and hallways were quiet, so this was just a noise that couldn't be helped.

breakfast was good except the pancake machine was broken - also, the tv was not working because the remote was lost. why haven't they replaced it? staff was friendly & helpful rooms were clean & comfortable

our room was not ready when we got there to check in at 4pm. we were told that they were having trouble keeping staff, specifically room maids. we had to wait til 4:15pm to get into our room. on the2nd day when we came back into our room after being out for awhile it smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room. also, there was a covid face mask in the pool for 2 days before i mentioned it to a mgr. all issues were adequately taken care of. breakfast was great, staff was helpful & friendly. mgrs were very prompt in taking care of the issues & even left a goody basket in our room along w/a handwritten sympathy card since they were aware that my family (2 rooms) was there to attend a family funeral.

The room was clean, very good value, clean and the air conditioner was great. Really good for a budget hotel. Also, the room was quiet being on the back side of the hotel. Would recommend for the convenience & ease of getting on and off the Interstate.

The only thing was it was super busy and there was a lot of trailers and or 18 wheeler there, parking was a slight issue. Other than that all was good for a budget hotel. We were comfortable and rested well.

Room size great, breakfast offered is a good variety and the coffee was surprisingly good. We were able to check in a little early and this allowed us to dress for a funeral so we were very grateful for that! The location is great! Right by a shopping center and restaurants!

There was a left over beer and some food in the refrigerator in the room from prior occupant. Eggs at breakfast tasted horrible. Other than that we didn’t see anything wrong.

Absolutely one of the best hotel stays we have had in years. The place was really clean…I am talking smell good clean when you walked into the lobby all the way upstairs to our room. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. We have slept on some beds that had us hurting in the morning…lol. Parking was no issue at all and the location was perfect for us with plenty of strip malls and places to eat within less than a mile….actually they were all within 1/4th of a mile to the hotel location. Easy access back onto the interstate was a huge plus. The only minor…and I mean minor complaint was the elevator. It needs some work or adjustments done. A bit shaky which would make some think it could quit running at any point. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we left at 5am to continue another day of traveling home to Florida, but we did check out the eating area. It was very spacious…clean and you could see they would be providing a hot breakfast. The front desk help upon our arrival was a young man who was vey polite. Our next trip back to Oklahoma from Florida we will once again book our room here!

The service from the staff was excellent. We were allowed to check in a little bit early which was very nice as we were tired and my wife didn't feel well. The breakfast was delicious.

The noise from the guests in the room beside us was so loud that we could hear and understand their conversations. Also loud talking while walking in the halls and doors slamming.

staff was very friendly and helpful. room was very clean and quiet, and the location was perfect for our trip. we didn't eat breakfast - just grabbed a glass of oj and got back on the road. but everyone in the breakfast area seemed to be enjoying their breakfasts.

no complaints. i guess you COULD add chocolates and towel animals! LOL ... just kidding.

Everyone was so kind our room was really clean Hunter was at the front desk and he was awesome I really enjoyed my stay we both did will do it again 😊

Nothing everything was fine breakfast was good the next morning coffee I mean waffles sausage eggs biscuits and gravy I mean the works and it was good 😊

It was very good. The blueberry muffins were WONDERFUL ! You provided something for EVERYONE's taste!

The TV stand and the clothes closet should be swapped so you can see the whole TV from the bed AND chair. The couch was very saggy and uncomfortable. The toilet was high for us short people. Please consider putting a handicap bar in the shower also on the long wall!

Our room (313) was huge and clean. We checked in without any problems and our room was clean and inviting after a long drive from Georgia. Shout out to staff members Cody and Alicia C for providing excellent services. 

Didn't have a variety of choices for breakfast and lighting in room.
