Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson - Flowood, an IHG Hotel

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was a great way to relax in the 90 plus weather. Very nice pool. Breakfast was very good for hotel food. Would have prefered bacon as I don't eat sausage but that is a personal preference. You had much different food selections to choose. The pancakes were hot and very good.

The minimum number of TV stations that the rooms have. Need a better cable service or purchase a larger package from provider. No halmark, TV land, Cozi, or game show, just very basic stations like local and news and various sports.

Traveling during the Covid restrictions for the past 2 years has been quite the challenge. This location has exceeded our expectations by providing an excellent hot breakfast with eggs/ egg white omelettes/ crispy bacon/ sausage/ hot fresh biscuits with gravy/ fresh fruit/ yogurts/ breads/ pastries/ hot and cold cereal. The cook on site is super friendly and you can tell he loves his job and takes pride in serving others. I have to say the breakfast was the best part of our stay. They are renovating this hotel, we were not disturbed by any sounds during our stay. Although the room needed updating, the beds were very comfortable and they even provided many different pillows to choose from to help with that awkward pillow situation.

I have nothing bad to say. Everything was neat and in order. The staff is friendly and always greeted us with a nice smile. In the summer they have a nice pool area for cooling off. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing the final renovations.

We had a great time. The location was the adults favorite thing. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast.

The only thing we didn’t like was our neighbors for the weekend. They were extremely loud even after the “quite time”. Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

They were under renovation, but everything was still great. We took our breakfast to our rooms and ate. Loved it. Shopping was perfect. I could have walked to shop and eat.

Nothing. They couldn’t help the renovation aspect of our stay. Waiting yo see how it looks now.

Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Pancake machine for breakfast was a nice touch. Plenty of parking available.

Breakfast selection was nice. However, food in the warming containers was cold. We did not find a microwave to be able to warm it up.

Stephanie at the front desk for Checkin was exceptional! She was very courteous, friendly, professional and impeccably dressed. More hotel managers should take a class from Stephanie on how to treat their guests AND how to dress! This is how I have been treated at luxurious hotels in the past. She is awesome and needs a raise!!

I loved the availability of the breakfast buffet. I also loved the quiet environment. Check in was super easy and so was the check out process. I will definitely recommend this hotel for friends and family to stay in.

I wish check in could have been earlier, but overall the experience was great. Nothing negative to say.

Nice new clean

The door on the adjacent room are to thin, my 3 year old daughter and I were in the hall at 630 pm and could hear a girl screaming in the next room from what I can assume was fornication.

Great location…within walking distance of a great restaurant-Table 100…friendly front desk-the gentleman was very helpful-friendly breakfast host-breakfast was pretty good actually.

Only issue was they had outdated yogurt-I brought it to their attention and it was immediately take min care.

Location was very convenient for me. Staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming.

The breakfast selection seemed to be a little lean. I would have like to see a bit more variety, especially from one day to the next. While the hotel was very clean and tidy, and housekeeping staff did a great job each day, the facility is showing wear and tear.
