Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Clinton

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was easy to find and in a safe location, which was the main selling point. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. For the price point, the hotel was phenomenal, and I would have expected to pay a little more honestly!

Overpriced snacks and low water pressure, but that's to be expected at any hotel!

Need more detail there was extremely a lot of trash under the bed the AC was filthy in bad Lighting in the room one of the bulbs were out iron full of water that is really bad you would not find these things if you didn't look for them but I look for things like this sorry

We enjoyed the property overall because it’s new, but what made it outstanding was the staff. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and the ladies that served at the kitchen were the best! They went above and beyond. We’ll be back!

The only thing that I can think of is that it appeared that only one elevator was in use.

Very clean and friendly. Wonderful services and a very quiet location; great for a restful weekend. It's also not far from some of favorite eating places in Jackson!! The location area was very nice and even outdoors was clean and tidy.

The bed was a bit firmer than I like but honestly it was still very nice and I'm sure a lot of people love that firmness level. I kinda wish the room was a bit larger but it was still a very decent size.

Clean, friendly, nice size rooms, easy to freeway, and nice firm beds!

Tried to order dinner from the hotel grill. VERY slow. Walked away after waiting. Perhaps training on being cordial; letting people know "I see you, and thank you for being patient!" ♡♡

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was well worth the extra 10 dollars ( for 3 people ) it cost when booking the room.

I didn't like that I was charged 5 dollars more then what was on my booking reservation ( it wasn't really about the 5 dollars it was more about being overcharged ) and the front desk attendant could not refund my money and said that the manger was out for a week and she would have him call me when he returned, I never received a call to this day and its been 2 weeks now.

We actually stayed only one night due to scheduling issues. Immediate first impression was very positive, with the desk person extremely cheerful and personable. We have stayed here before and we knew what to expect. We will be staying here again!

The air conditioning unit in bedroom was loud .

There was confusion over breakfast. I thought I’d paid for breakfast with room booking (at least two) which was an additional $11.00 but I still paid for 4 breakfasts (two of the guests didn’t eat). We had a total of 6 guests, 3 adults & 3 children. $9.95 is a bit over priced for the amount of food we actually ate for breakfast. I’m still confused but we ate breakfast & it was good. The staff was very courteous!

The property was clean and the staff was nice and welcoming, room was clean and linen was perfectly white and stain free

beds were a little firmer than expected but I’ll take a firm bed and a clean room over a soft bed and a questionable room
