Staff was apologetic about the confusion with the 3rd party booking. They still say some rooms have jacuzzi tubs, but the hotel was remodeled and does not. Not the hotel's fault, but they still gave us some points on our account to make up for the misunderstanding. Definitely call the hotel to confirm when booking with 3rd parties! The room was decorated in a nice, modern style. Beds were comfy. AC was quiet.

Location was very close to our venue. We had no air conditioning the first night and the room difference was 15 to 20 degrees from room to hallway. The next morning I told the front desk and she apologized and said she would have someone come and look while we were away. When we got back they had put in a new system and it felt so good coming into a nice cool room! 10 out of 10!

I liked the breakfast, and the room, but the lighting was poor as one bulb would not go on, but the other bulb that worked in the other lamp didn't work in the unlit lamp either. The unlit lamp was either unplugged or is broken. The front desk knew the challenge.

Lighting, and the handicapped room 216 should be better insulated as it is just adjacent to the front lobby ad very noisy.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff was very helpful. They kept the area very clean and refilled the food as needed. Being a family of 5 we loved that suites were available so we only needed 1 room instead of 2. From check-in to check-out everyone we incountered was extremely helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything ready and clean. Love that there was toppings for oatmeal even though I didnt get any oatmeal. Font desk staff was excellent. Pool clean. Bed comfy.

Nothing I didn't like. The cost may be a bit high for the location.

The location to the funeral we were attending. The complimentary full breakfast & the lovely view from our room over a small lake that had swans swimming! The staff, especially Melissa at check in & all the ladies at the breakfast buffet were SO nice & helpful. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch!

No safe in the room. Would have really enjoyed a jacuzzi as it was a stressful weekend for us.

I wish I had known about the remodeling! It was a bit odd to see rooms propped open a bit. That being said, any construction did not bother me while there. I assume they work week days and I was there for the weekend

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. The woman who checked us in was still there later that evening and offered my daughter some candy because she remembered me telling her we were there for a concert to celebrate her birthday.

The only complaint was that the breakfast area was too full of people for us to sit so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Maybe make this area larger in a remodel?

The staff were cordial and professional. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great.

When booking my stay I was quoted $300.00 including taxes and fees. My receipt when checking my credit card statement was $360.29. Where did the $60.00 charge come from.????

The renovated room was great. Very comfortable and stylish with all the amenities I needed.

They are still renovating the front office and breakfast area, and the pool was closed.
