The bartender Vera was the nicest person I have met in years she was so friendly and caring I truly enjoyed my time at the bar and the food was so good you can tell the chef cook's from his heart

I was disappointed I couldn't swim on my birthday because some boy's put shampoo in the pool and my heart didn't work until the maintenance man came and fixed it

The young man that checked us in had amazing customer service skills.

We smoke and it rained overnight. The designated smoking area was not wiped down in the morning. No problem, I went to front desk to grab a towel. However, when I returned to front desk, they had me follow them into the laundry room to put in the dirty hamper rather than taking it by themselves. She was a little rude about it and I shrugged it off that she wasn't a morning person.

I like staying in this hotel because of the beautiful lobby,and rooms,the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are pretty good,I also like that there is a strip mall with a walmart in it along with lots of other stores,and let's not forget about the dining room,just overall convenience.

Eventually it's time to go home and back to work.

The friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the hotel the check out time was later than we expected which was great and i LOVE those little bars of dove soap

U have to get in the pool early if its the weekend because there are too many kids in the evening maybe have a time for adults only so eveyone can enjoy the pool

The room was very clean. The check in was fairly quick and easy! There was plenty of parking on the property. Lots of tv stations for some Saturday evening football.

It was very loud, from what I heard in the elevator there was a big group getting together from out of town AND there was a wedding at this hotel that evening. The people directly above me had loud music and screaming & running kids late into the night.

The building was very old & outdated. Attempts have been made to update it but they just tried covering up the obvious disrepair. It smelled horrible. The chair had some very obvious, large, dark stains. No microwave.

I like the room it’s spacious, beds, air conditioner.

I didn’t like the breakfast from 6:30-9:30! I would rather prefer it to be 6:30-10:30am. I didn’t like the sink to be out of the bathroom.

The distance from Ford Field, very friendly staff, and the big spacious room. The pool looked great too. I wish we would of had time to use it.
