The accommodation is easily located. The room was very clean. The restaurant staff was outstanding.

The bed/occupancy tax is ridiculous! Would I have gotten a discount if I’d slept on the floor! Drop the tax; add that price to the room rate which also has a separate tax. Misleading room rate, in my opinion.

Comfortable bed that was big. Soft pillows. Fridge, TV, coffee maker, friendly staff, especially housekeeping.

Shower pressure too low. Would be nice to have a more updated TV with a cable/satellite system with a guide. I was in the room late every day, but never got maid service. Luckily, I caught one in the hall to get clean towels.

Breakfast was hot and delicious, and the fact that it was included with the total price was wonderful. The restaurant and bar was a very nice touch.

Everything was nice,no changes are needed to me.

The bartender Vera was the nicest person I have met in years she was so friendly and caring I truly enjoyed my time at the bar and the food was so good you can tell the chef cook's from his heart

I was disappointed I couldn't swim on my birthday because some boy's put shampoo in the pool and my heart didn't work until the maintenance man came and fixed it

The sofa bed was terrible springs coming out of bottom . The swimming pool was ice cold !

The friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the hotel the check out time was later than we expected which was great and i LOVE those little bars of dove soap

U have to get in the pool early if its the weekend because there are too many kids in the evening maybe have a time for adults only so eveyone can enjoy the pool

I like staying in this hotel because of the beautiful lobby,and rooms,the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are pretty good,I also like that there is a strip mall with a walmart in it along with lots of other stores,and let's not forget about the dining room,just overall convenience.

Eventually it's time to go home and back to work.

The young man that checked us in had amazing customer service skills.

We smoke and it rained overnight. The designated smoking area was not wiped down in the morning. No problem, I went to front desk to grab a towel. However, when I returned to front desk, they had me follow them into the laundry room to put in the dirty hamper rather than taking it by themselves. She was a little rude about it and I shrugged it off that she wasn't a morning person.

The building was very old & outdated. Attempts have been made to update it but they just tried covering up the obvious disrepair. It smelled horrible. The chair had some very obvious, large, dark stains. No microwave.

The cleanliness of the facility how they do breakfast versus a buffet with everybody touching it.

A bigger refrigerator in the suites.
