Absolutely loved the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The room I had was HUGE, plenty of space for me to relax. The bed and pillows were perfect, not too soft not too firm. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Only two things I didn't like and only one of those could be remedied by the hotel itself. Firstly, and this is minor, the blinds aren't truly blackout. As convenient as they are to be automated, there is a slight gab between the blind and the wall. With the bed for this particular room situated near that window, it allowed for the street lights and whatnot to shine in. Not a big deal, just something I was constantly noticing as I tried to sleep. Now the second part was trying to sleep. With the hotel being completely booked up and the majority of it being that of a wedding. There was constant noise in the hallway and above my room which could be heard and kept me up all night. It wasn't crystal clear but the reverberations could definitely be felt.

Breakfast had both healthy and hearty eating selections. Every selection I made was tasty and satisfying to eat. There was a wide variety of items that could be added to a bowl of oatmeal. And the oatmeal was made fresh every morning; it was not prepackaged.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Our understanding was that housekeeping would clean our room on the 4th day of our 6 day stay. They didn't. However when we asked for towels, blankets, trash bags and toilet paper on different occasions they were provided quickly.

Comfortable bed. Clean hotel. Full kitchen if we needed. Friendly staff.

Bathroom door was hard to open and close. No maintenance on staff on the weekend. Front desk gentlemen attempted to fix. Then manager attempted to fix.

The Staff!! They were very welcoming! lobby was spotless. I had rough travel day was exhausted and being greeted by such an exceptional front desk employee eased my down attitude.

I could not find a thing to not like.

The 3rd shift lady at the desk seemed pretty rude. I overheard her telling another employee that some guest asked to borrow a phone charger twice like it was horrible! Then she said "who comes to a hotel without their charger?" Very unprofessional.

Breakfast was good and should be better when they have everything working, like the waffle maker.

The bed in our room was not as comfortable as it could be. Had a hole in the middle and for such a new place it seemed like it should not be that way. Amenities were good but could be better.

Room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Pennie at the front desk was wonderful!!

Didn't catch her name because I didn't get close enough but the 3rd shift lady at the front desk is pretty rude and does not have an ounce of hospitality to be in the field.

The room divider was great. The room was spacious for the price.

No ev charging available. Just needed access to a 120volt outlet non available.

Delicious breakfast. Dona and Susan were friendly and very helpful, preparing delicious breakfast. pool was a lot of fun. Liked housekeeping staff.
