Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront

Lots of outdoor space. Lovely terrace area. The pool is very big and clean. Great to have a wonderful Indian restaurant on site. Convenient location, right off the highway. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The patio furniture cushions were in need of a little cleaning. Bird droppings and dampness made me not want to sit down with my white pants on. Our room view was the storage area for outside chairs and warmers. It wasn't busy so it would have been nicer to be moved down the hall a bit for at least a terrace view.

Everything was as you would expect for a hotel in this price range. Clean rooms for the most part, and decent priced food in the resteraunt.

The only thing I didn't like was the remote was broken, the bathroom floor was dirty under the counter, and all the outlets were VERY loose couldn't even charge my phone cuz the charger kept falling out. Also the pool was VERY cold but I noticed it was because the sky light was leaking melting snow into the pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a few issues with equipment in our room and they were very quickly resolved by the ladies at the front desk. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but the snack/drink selections were very nice. The view of the river was a definite plus. This was a pretty standard hotel overall but the service was exceptional.

We were missing some light bulbs and a battery for the TV remote but the front desk quickly took care of that. We were disappointed that what appears to be balconies on the rooms were actually walled off and the room only had a window.

no complimentary breakfast, the offered option is poor and extra expensive - sorry, here is room for massive improvement: not even an egg was available!

The beds were comfortable, sheets, comforters, and pillows clean and soft. Great bathroom mirror! Love the view of the river.

Bathroom toilet water kept running all night, had to close the bathroom door to remove the sound. Telephone in room 305 not working properly, volume extremely low no control of volume will work. Table lamp when off will flash every so often as if it was taking a photo, perhaps a loose wire.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable as well as bed. The patio/courtyard was relaxing And clean. I would only stay here again if improvements are made or prices lowered.

For spending $400 for two nights and being a Radisson, I would think amenities and rooms would be a bit better. No clock in the room. Bathroom was very tiny. Shower rod was hung very unprofessionally and unlevel. No vending machines and no close by late night restaurant. Hotel Restaurant not being open when there is no place to eat around the hotel. Bright flash from fire alarm kept going off.

Friendly staff. Clean room.The location is very good and close to many areas of Grand Rapids. it suited our trip well. The lobby area and restaurant are very nice! Good air-conditioning in the room. We were in room 211. Beds were comfortable and we had a refrigerator in the room which stayed cold (make sure it's on).

The room was a bit hard up, there was some plaster coming off the wall in the bathroom and it was generally an older room, but it was clean and that's what was important. The elevator does take a while to come and the stairwells are not the cleanest.

It says it includes breakfast and it doesn't, they charged us for all breakfast

Right off freeway. Newly remodeled room. Close to elevator. Plenty of parking. Mattress was comfortable.

Attempted to sit on the patio area, but left soon after due to unkept facilities. The dining area was good but the outside of the windows were very unkept, by ropes. Needs a little TLC. Also no separate vanity to do my hair.

I attended the Upheaval Festival at Belknap Park, the hotel is only 5 minutes away...It's an older hotel, but still decent and a comfortable stay, staff very friendly. I will stay there again for next years festival..Plenty of on-site parking.
