Initally, the room we got had the heat out. It was freezing!!! They quickly and efficiently moved us to another room that had heat. The employee with the fiancee Chad went above and beyond to help us out when we woke to find we had a flat tire. She was so nice and deserves a commendation, and a raise!

We did not enjoy there not being heat in the first room, the 4 inches of unexpected (at least to us) snowfall overnight & the flat tire we were greeted with upon checkout.

Very clean and spacious room. Plenty of storage in the room.

The clerk on duty when we arrived was clueless about her job. The couple before us had an issue with their room and she had no clue how to handle it. I'm not putting her down, but it is a good training topic.

The fact that they seemed to be short staffed. I called the desk to ask for more pillows, towels, and another blanket, twice and left a message each time and got none of the things asked for.

I liked that the hotel was not rundown looking. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast food options.

Bed was comfortable but firm. Loved the pillows! Pool could of been warmer little dirty on bottom and film on top. Breakfast was good and hot. We both ended up congested only when we were in our room and once we left it went away thinking needs a filter change.

Clean. Comfortable and nice Jacuzzi room.

Breakfast was lame with dried potatoes. Very limited options here for good warm foods.

The location was good for what we needed. It was clean, staff was nice.

Pool looked a little filmy. No hot tub.

I was desperate as the weather turned bad. They were open 8n snow storm. Room clean. Breakfast as ordered.. hot toasted bagel, hard boiled egg and orange juice. Had hot water for tea. The only not so good is the tea water tasted bitter like coffee. For tea drinkers, it’s important to leave the hot water containers for water coffee free. That taste lingers and ruins the taste of tea. Staff courteous. Parking lot was plowed early in the morning. All was good value.

beds on the soft side. I prefer firm. water pressure ok but not stellar

No one does housekeeping daily. We are used to trash taken out, bed made and fresh towels daily
