My kids really enjoyed the morning breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was a solid choice of foods to choose from. The suite we stayed in was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The TV had a great selection of channels to choose from to keep the kids busy as it rained.

It seems that the building (outside) needs to be painted and the pool was not available. I also did not like the $15/night parking fee when there seems to be ample parking around the building to make it free (versus if parking space was at a premium like in Downtown Boston).

This hotel has a unique layout with an open mezzanine on the second floor and a modern bar in the lobby. Other guests' children were playing on the mezzanine floor, making it feel like some sort of village courtyard and lending a charming atmosphere. Our suite itself consisted of a living room with furniture and television, a hallway with a small kitchenette area and bathroom, and a bedroom with another television and a separate door. This space was comfortable and well insulated from the noise of the mezzanine—it was a shame we only had the space for a single night. The breakfast accommodations were also great—certainly beyond usual hotel fare. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The rate at this hotel was a bit steep compared to my usual preferences, but compared to the rates of other hotels in the area, I can't register any complaint at all. The room was excellent and beyond expectations. Would highly consider a return stay.

Comfortable room, clean, nice breakfast.

Only one person at desk, had to stand in line for one hour and fifteen minutes to check in, even though I had pre-registered. We had been up since 3:00 AM that day and were anxious to check in to our room. Had to stand in line, could have been at least given a number and been able to sit down and wait. Once we were in, room was excellent and I believe that this was a workforce shortage due to covid. Thanks.

Excellent suite with very comfortable bed and good facilities; great indoor pool (which we had to ourselves on two occasions); outstanding breakfast with varied choices including freshly prepared omelettes etc.

A little annoying to have to pay an extra $15 per day to park a car! Another minor frustration was having to eat that excellent breakfast with flimsy plastic cutlery.

Spacious suites. Cooked to order breakfast. Convenient pay parking.

No masks required in lobby. Manager's reception had minimal snacks and only non-alcoholic drinks. Minimal restaurant menu. Few restaurants in walking distance.

Wonderful room, great price, although when I tried to book my stay for this month the price had nearly doubled so I booked elsewhere. Bar was great, food was wonderful, staff were friendly and helpful.

That the price for a standard king when I tried to book a stay in May was nearly $100 more than a King Suite which I booked in April.

breakfast was not as complete as I've seen in other embassy suites. Didn't like paying for outdoor parking lot in the suburbs.

Most of the stuff didn’t work fridge, hard to reach front desk and they don’t bother to check back out toiletries towels no help

I liked the size of the rooms and the value was fair! The breakfast was good and had a very good variety.

The rooms were nice. The only thing I didn't like was there was no vent in the bathroom. Paying for parking was not something I expected either.

The breakfast was horrible. For the money, the eggs and sausage tasted like prison food. I didn’t try the pancakes. The fruit was ok, because they couldn’t buy any cheaper produce without it being unripe! Plan on eating outside the hotel if you stay here and want real food that has any nutrition or taste.
