The poooool was so warm and soooo beautifully surrounded. It felt like a resort And what a lovely little town. They have a map of the town and it is in cartoon format making it just seem like the most endearing place to visit.

The doors are tricky/hard to open and not necessarily obvious. Put key in/ pull out quickly and turn the handle UPWARDS...reapeat if it does not work. So after getting our stuff to the room, we couldn't get the door to unlock and had to go "all" the way back to the reception area (which is quite a ways away) to ask for help. Not ideal with kids at 11pm.

The room and bath were very, very clean

Don't know what the plus is for with Red Roof plus. Pool didn't work, if you try to check in before 3:00, just do the paperwork, they wanted to charge an extra $25. No fridge or microwave in the room, that's an upgrade. No luggage carrier from the lobby to help unload the car. No breakfast of any kind. So again, what makes this a Red Roof plus??

Staff was excellent. Massage chairs were a treat Great location for Dunkin run, convenience store, quiet. Smoking area.

Pillows weren't great. Shower necessities were very minimal. No freezer in mini fridge, like I've had in other places, had to reset key a few times.

My family & I were very pleased with our stay. We were attending graduation at UMass Amherst and the location was perfect! The complimentary coffee and snacks & drinks that came with our room were enjoyed. The staff was very pleasant and was very helpful returning an item I left in the room after check out. Although a little pricey (most likely due to graduation and holiday weekend) I was happy to find this hotel & would recommend booking.

bed was very comfortable. accomodations were very pleasant[ new, nicely styled] . would like to have tried the pool.., but we were off to the ocean the next day. enjoyed the park like surrounds which were very well kept up, shaded with large trees, wel mown and flowered, weeded, very pleasant, with picnic tables.

lots of trouble using the room card to unlock the doors. you need to bend it just right. you need to fix that, please.

The pool is never open. Been there a couple times in the past three years and it’s always shut down. There was a cup of coffee in the microwave that when poured out almost made me vomit when we arrived. It had to have been sitting there for days because it had white crusty coating on the top!

Very convenient location, and the room was clean. We upgraded to premium and got a snack box, which was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The bed was comfortable, even though it was a spring mattress. Not a fancy hotel by any means, but it was great for what it was. We will definitely book here again!

Excellent location to UMass Amherst. Convenient DD right next door. Ample parking and multiple entrances to the hotel depends where once room is. Easy access of the hotel from highways and easy access to rooms from parking area.

It could use some update; especially in the bathroom area.

I love that you guys had a big pool and it was very inviting and warm and comfortable the rooms were good enough for the price because the beds could be a little comfy and the pillows could be a little comfier lol but overall it was a good experience the kids had fun and that's all that matters

The bed wasn't that comfortable nor the pillows and you guys don't have a workout room

Loved how accommodating the hotel was with us having our dog with us. No pet fee which was a plus. Comfortable room and bed and clean.

We were very disappointed the hotel pool was closed for maintenance that was the main reason we booked this property.
