we like the location, close to our family. The facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. we do enjoy the evening cookies.
We have stayed at this location before and our room was excellent. This trip our room was ok. The clock alarm went off before 6a which was disappointing as we wanted to sleep and we didn’t set the alarm. We also didn’t have hot water in our room and had to wait for it to be fixed. it was fixed within the hour of my call but it was an inconvenience .

Convenient location for us en route to Cape Cod, good free parking and great sized room for family with two nice big comfortable beds. Fridge, TV and some shops / eating options a walkable distant. Nice lobby / check in. Good value.
Great to have a pool at a hotel but whatever material is on the floor of the pool is peeling off and quite sizable bits float around.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, delicious cookie, elegant, well kept, and interesting decor. The room was clean and comfortable with art worth looking at and a good-sized bathroom. The chair at the desk was extra comfortable.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Location was great. Rooms were nice. Bartenders were amazing.
With room clean ups only 3 days a week, maybe leave more amenities like extra soap and toilet paper.

Your employees at the front counter went out of their way to assist. I was in town for a wake/funeral and the front desk allowed me to check in very early so I could change and be on time. Thanks so much!
I wish there was a full breakfast offering. I understand it's due to COVID safety so no fault to the location.
