Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brockton (Boston), MA

Management and staff were amazing. This is a family owned hotel the manager and his family were there literally running the ground desk walking around assisting checking things even though they had plenty of other staff to do so they would be there often making sure it’s running properly and people were satisfied. Pool and jacuzzi was great , beds were comfy , free breakfast, warm cookies are left for guest daily, in such a quiet location you wouldn’t even think your in Brockton. I would most definitely stay there again and it’s right by everything food restaurants liquor the mall bowling gas etc

First and foremost it would’ve been a 10 if the rooms weren’t so outdated and i didn’t get a water stain on my floor from the rain however with how great everything else was and the price plus they moved our room to a bigger room I couldn’t complain. Wish pool was heated it was very cold and i only moved from New England a few months prior so it’s not because I’m from florida lol

Great Stay I enjoyed the stay. I was there for three days while I was helping my son with his home. I appreciated the breakfasts and the warm cookies at bight. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Maybe provide one day of pancakes. The french toast was great and well as the waffles. Other than that I was very satisfied with the Hotel.

Convenient. Spa was nice, even though difficult to get into because the steps were so steep.

We asked for three days to have someone clean the microwave because it smelled so bad,as did the storage area around it. pool was like ice. Bed was very hard. Breakfast potatoes got boring after a few days.

The hotel is right in the standards. The room was large, with all expected facilities (desk, TV, coffee maker, fridge, and more). Breakfast was included with reasonably large choice and a kind person in charge.

I came with a foreign Visa card which did not work, whereas it has worked in other hotels and other places during my trip in the USA. All the persons from the staff do not show equal competence and helpfulness, I got both. The rate was rather high for an hotel close to Brockton (yet not even downtown) but far from Boston.

the room was clean and very comfortable . was tucked away in a quiet area but had all the conveniences of many popular stores and restaurants just 1/10 of a mile down the street. The pool stayed open late (1am) so you could actually use it after a long day and evening . we were in town for a basketball tournament and we were able to check in an hour and half early which was great after a 4 hour drive.

Erin at the front desk was really wonderful, we enjoyed the delicious cookies, they are a nice touch. Price was very reasonable.

The location is quiet, but you could hear some noise from the hallway and neighbors. Carpet was pretty dirty in our room (vacuumed, but stained), but the room was otherwise clean.

The room was large and clean. I was able to have a good night's rest. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I did not expect a real breakfast with , bacon, eggs, choice of cereal and even yogurt but that's exactly what they offered!

There were some families with kids and my room was not too far from the pool so it was a little nosy outside the room. But once I closed my door I could enjoy my peace and quiet.

Honestly, this was a first hotel room, in my life, that has the most comfortable pillows ever. They were just right and not that fat type that take your head half way to the ceiling and when you wake up your neck/your back hurts and did not rest. The mattress was also good. Everything was very clean and looked new. Good breakfast in the morning. Perfect location - across the stores and off a major highway but still quiet.

Indoor pool rather small. Jacuzzi too much chlorine- but it’s covid times. The little gym needs a stationary bike. All basics are there.

Your breakfast was wonderful; front desk & housekeeping staff were excellent & well mannered & extremely helpful & courteous! I be was also thrilled there was a mall right across the street!

I wish I had had a room with a view.

The staff was excellent, and super friendly. The room was cleaned daily with great precision. The cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating. They clearly worked very hard and still had a great attitude to visitors and their duties. Even the maintenance guy was super friendly and helpful. The grounds outside were also attended to with great precision.

The only things that I can complain about are things that the hotel can not help. Due to covid the breakfasts weren't full breakfasts. The pool wasn't open. Things like that.
