Very clean staff was very friendly and also a good location for family 

The only thing that I did not like, was the loud noise with the air conditioner 

While expensive, the ocean front rooms are the best on the beach. The location, staff and convenience are excellent.

The towels and washcloths are of poor quality.

location is right on the boardwalk and cental to everything. no need to drive anywhere

no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. nothing major

Clean and very nice staff and organized

There was some sort of smell that was bothering me throughout the hotel and my room. It was kind of making me sick. Not sure what it was but I thought it was coming from the air conditioner and smelled strong that I could almost taste the smell. A chemical like smell that was making me sick and I'm not sure if anyone else in the hotel had a similar issue but it was very uncomfortable to smell that smell from maybe the 2nd day and stayed with us for the rest of the time we were there.

Great location and fantastic restaurant.

One group on our floor was smoking on the balcony which management took care of as soon as we reported them. The 2nd and 3rd night we were unable to use the hot tub as one group stayed in there, not even using the jets, just sitting and did not allow anyone else to use it. Also, one of their party decided to dive into the pool when my daughter decided to go swimming, making for a dangerous situation.

The location is amazing, on 12th Street, so you are only 4 blocks from being in the middle of the action, and it is right across from the beach, so it is the perfect location in between being super busy and not busy at all. The staff is super friendly and even has an open text line between the staff and yourself! Ryoneilia helped us a lot! She answered all of our questions quickly. The rooms are really nice, not to mention that the beds are super comfy! My girlfriend and I both said that we kinda missed the hotel bed when we got home!

The only issue I had was that we were facing an alley, so the view wasn't great. Our last stay we were on the opposite side of the building and you could see the ocean, the bay, and all the action in the city. However, that was my own fault, I didn't pick Beach View or otherwise.

A front desk team were phenomenal. Specially Alex I was working the weekend of June 30, 2023. I also love the location it’s right on the beach. Every room has some balcony chairs included the beds for relaxing bathrooms spotless the room was spotless. The housekeeping staff cleans the room every day compared to other hotels that will clean the room once we leave. The indoor pool and hot tub was refreshing to walk right on the boardwalk. There is a restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel at the Wyndham plaza. We will definitely be back.

The only thing I didn’t like is the hotel can or should supply extra blankets in the room. Or we can always call down to housekeeping or the front desk to get it.

it was right on the beach with a plethora of food choices in and around the hotel. the staff was kind and friendly. I needed batteries for a contraption my wife brought and she was kind enough to offer if the had the correct size. my stay was for 4 days and each morning whoever the desk person was greeted us warmly and with care. I’m going to put this on my return list. I only wished the still sold that macaroni and cheese. this probably gives away my age. lol.

After checking in and getting our room from the long drive I desperately had to use the bathroom. and the first flush clogged the toilet. I thought it was a sign. Yet they sent someone right away to take care of it and it was amazing after.

Good location, large parking garage, coffee/ pot in room, fridge & microwave, convenient attached restaurant w breakfast, lunch, & dinner, in room safe, daily clean towels, balcony, friendly staff, inside pool, hair dryer, extra magnified mirror in bathroom, clean. So nice to find all these things that were important to us at this hotel. We will be coming back here again.
