I love the ADULT ONLY jacuzzi , movies at the pool , the yoga and pool table and s’mores I love everything wish I could stay longer ! Miss Sue, Melanie,Sarah, oJ and jemal were all helpful and great it was no room so I put it here. OJ helps the whole weekend and knew where everything was and jemal was very informative about the resort and needs of the guest. Sarah was a great server i had a problem with my sandwich she fixed it without hesitation. Miss sue and Melanie are gem 💎 miss sur remember my family and the s’mores was epic . Yoga teacher was good ! Elevator always worked and came fast family are friendly and after being there for a few days seeing the same ppl We all become family

This would have been a perfect 10 except for two things. First, I reserved a water view room and got a view of the parking lot. So tired when we got there that we didn't raise a fuss. Second, the fire alarm went off a couple hours after arrival and we had to evacuate into the cold. The staff told us nothing nor did they offer any compensation. What happened? Did they need to offer a free room voucher? No. But a cup of coffee or hot cocoa would have been good.

Resort was even better than anticipated. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and both outdoor hot tubs were open. Plenty to do and tons of quiet spaces if you just want to sit and read or look at the water.

Only complaint is that the food in the restaurants could have been better for the price.

The staff was exceptional! Each person exhibited great care, concern and interest to ensure that each person they encountered was having a pleasant experience. I specifically saw above and beyond care from the staff in the Waters Edge grill. Karen Suzon carries the torch on delivering superior service, as did Jerri, Susan and Miriam. The Gold star in service delivery goes to Abodou Mandoudi. His care, compassion and management of the restaurant is exactly what I imagine the Hyatt Corporation would want to hear how their guests are being treated. I was blown away and my expectations were exceeded during my stay here. I choose this property based on the past reviews of guests. I’m concur, the grounds were absolutely beautiful! There were many things to do, you just couldn't stay in your room with such a beautiful property. I forgot to mention Charles, the guy who put the wood on the grand fire place. My conversation with him left an impression on me, he was genuine, hard working and shared the impact of life during the pandemic. It was refreshing to hear the perspective as he was one of six, that was kept on staff. His spirit and love of his job would make the Hyatt shareholders proud. Customer service at its finest was on full display here!

Like the other guests mentioned, the walk from the parking lot to the hotel entrance was...let's say pretty long if you have your luggage - they may want to have one of the staff with a golf cart provide help for the guests.

The indoor pool is very large and allowed for great entertainment for my grandchildren. Also, the game room was an additional option since the weather was bad.

The cost of the room was high and then the resort fee was added to the cost.

Was advertised as a disability room. It is far from that. The toilet is too low. The shower was movable but placed in the highest position which I cannot reach. There was no shower stall. Just tub which I could not get in because I can,t lift my new knee that high yet.

THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT AT ALL TIMES. I ENJOYED THE SPACE AND CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOMS. THE VIEW WAS REALLY NICE.

I WASNT AWARE THE PROPERTY WAS GOING THROUGH UPGRADES. THERE WAS NO NOISE. HOWEVER, THE MAIN PART OF THE HOTEL DID LOOK OUTDATED FOR THE PRICE. I WISH I KNEW THIS PART.

Upon arrival, I was totally impressed by the beautiful lake surrounding the hotel area. The view from the room is just wonderful. Balcony is a bonus. Walking along the trails and seeing the nature around us is truly relaxing. Some staffs are very lovely. Pools look great though I didn’t get a chance to try them.

No coffee machine in my room. Called front desk but no one came. No complimentary coffee or tea as expected. Wish the hotel can be more dog friendly by adding more walking trails for dog walking. Open up more space for dog owners to explore with their furry friends :)

We loved the location, the room was nicely updated.

It felt like everything was super expensive- water sports, restaurant. The pool and hot tub could use a little updating as it was feeling a bit tired.

The property was beautiful. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

The food was overpriced for the quality.
