La Quinta Inn & Suites Bel Air

Comfy bed with nice linens. Like the bare floors, especially good for pets and that I could have brought my dog. Good size fridge with lots of room and a freezer large enough to hold 2 large cooler ice bricks. Breakfast was nice - good choice of hot and cold foods. Nice TV with local channels, HBO, Cinemax, and good choice of cable channels. Good climate control capability. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Rooms are relatively quiet. I liked the nightlight built in to the wall-mounted hair dryer too. I've stayed here 2 or 3 other times and it's my go to choice for this area.

Towels were sort of rough. Shower was weak and spray was off, probably needs minerals cleaned out of shower head. Would have liked brighter lighting but overall ok. Need a Guide on TV with channel content information. Would have liked chilled water available in lobby. Add bacon for breakfast! :)

Size of the room, and the price

Front desk staff were not friendly at all which made me not want to stay there. The housekeeping staff were friendly but kept knocking on our door the morning of checkout like early 8:00. I woke up just to go to the door to see who it was. This happened twice. Also there was an unpleasant odor in the room at checkin but since the staff was unfriendly, I didn't complain to them

Location was ok and within a few minutes of the family we visited. Room was comfortable but the help needs to look behind the night stand for dust bunnies and empty beverage bottles. We liked our request for first floor was fulfilled.

TV did not work our first hour or so. The agent on duty blamed it on the weather. We were finally to get reception after almost two hours. Did not like seeing dirt and dust and empty soda bottles behind night stand when we tried to reach the outlet to charge our phone.

I enjoyed the size of the room and the bed, which was comfortable. I also liked having a good size desk and comfortable chair, so that I could work from the room.

The smell of marijuana was bad during the stay. I did not see anyone smoking. But, the smell was strong in the hallways on the room's floor. Also, the smell came through the vent in the room's bathroom. The smell was strongest at night.

Everything was great. Nice hotel. Very comfortable . THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The personal not nice. The guy in front desk for the check in was not friendly. The check out is until 11am but House keeping was knocking the door at 9:40am . NOT NICE. I FEEL LIKE THEY PUSHED ME OUT Too early...

First of all, that the room was available like it was literally at the midnight hour for my family of five was a miracle. The price was very good, and the area was exceptional. The parking lot is very well lit and accommodates many cars without being a long walk to the front door. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were immaculate. I’d definitely book here again.

We were looking forward to breakfast in the morning, but the dining area was dark. I didn’t ask about it since we just needed to get on the road, but I do wonder what happened

Location was great, room was large for price and well cleaned. Nice and quiet considering the proximity to the interstate.

The biggest issue I had was the included breakfast was not being offered. We had another day of driving to go and a hot meal would have been nice since I paid for it. Also had family with kids next door, and asked to be moved, I was told there was nothing to be done. Fortunately they settled down before bedtime.

Breakfast was more than I expected. They did a great job keeping up with the food and cleanliness

Room smelled like chemicals slightly (?) but was clean overall. Wish the mattress was a bit more comfortable

Cleanliness and 24 hr coffee available! Room was comfortable, water pressure was amazing, parking was ample. Most staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.

Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier. The cicadas were horrible which they have no control over but they were dying and laying dead in the entry way of the hotel. I think a quick sweeping periodically would have been nice. Having to walk in trying to dodge the dead bugs was a turn off. We would have also liked to see a bit more normal breakfast offerings being that covid restrictions are being lifted all over now. They did offer a bagged breakfast which was better than nothing.

Super comfy bed! Very quiet hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. We only stayed one night but we needed our rest and we definitely got it. There are several hotels in this office park to choose from. Glad we chose La Quinta. Will definitely be back.

One worker was standing outside smoking right by the front when we got there. It’s a non smoking hotel. But we had to get a huge whiff of smoke when we walked in. He should have been further away from the entrance for his smoke break.
