Best Western Plus Regency Park

I have not stayed at a Best Western in a long time, but I have stayed at a number of other hotel/motels in the same price range. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort, quietness and overall value of this hotel. The room smelled good when we entered, which is not common at this price point. The breakfast buffet met my expectations, so I have no complaints about the food. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The parking lot for the hotel is very dark at night. It could use more lighting. I did not notice any other issues.

I liked the comfy beds, it was like sleeping on clouds I also liked the clean hallway carpet was. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall comfortable hotel just needs a deeper tlc

I didn't like the bathroom uncleanness, it was mold everywhere at the top, on the sides and bottom drain had hair left in it, it was very nasty, water spots all over the kleenex box and a towel left under the sink behind the previous guests I'm guessing

The room was nice and big and decorated tastefully. The people working the front desk were polite and the lady who stocked the breakfast area and cleaned up the lobby was super friendly. The beds and pillows were comfy.

The location was nice, set back from the main road a bit so it was quiet at night. But the traffic and length of the traffic light sucked a bit. It was hard to get back out on the main road.

Everything was clean, staff seem to all be doing their jobs, and the breakfast was great.

The beds weren't as soft as I would have liked but you can't please everyone with that. There was a group in the pool till 3am and we could hear them from rooms 213&203.

it was close and convenient to different places to eat at and shopping.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. While the room was clean, the bathroom shower had mold growing.

I enjoyed my stay with family traveling thru late night to get to Orlando FL. Perfect stopping point and very relaxing for everyone. I now have this location as a main spot for next year FL traveling adventure. It was perfect and clean. Older kids loved it and said it was comfortable

The juice for breakfast tasted funny

The breakfast was good but I wanted a muffin. Everything else was great . A/c worked well . The room was nice and clean . I will definitely go back and tell my friends. Very convenient location. .

I would love inside pool because it rained .

Everything was so clean and the staff was really nice They had a better breakfast bag then any other hotel I have been to overall bravo very impressive 🙂

It had a bad odor only on the 3rd floor hallway smell like wet carpet and the Tv went out in the middle of the night so I couldn't watch tv for most of my stay other then me giving them the benefit of the doubt they had a sign saying under new management I still rate this hotel a 10 I would definitely stay here again

I stay here often and it is always clean and comfortable

the only issue I had was one extremely rude front desk staff. but it is the first time I’ve ever had an issue here so I’ll give it a pass. but they need to train her in hospitality.

This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always very friendly, and the room and lobby are always very clean.

The second day of our stay we took advantage of the breakfast served in the lobby. The food selection was nice, and my food tasted good. But my husband found a hair in his eggs....
