Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter Area/Cen B

The rooms are recently renovated, very comfortable and spacious. The beds, OMG.. were the best. Kitchen very complete Size of the TV and access to sign in to our Netflix account. Excellent shower products

Carpet in common areas smelly to poop and puck.. Didn’t have pool We just knew there were NO BREAKFAST AT ALL when we arrived (they said due covid) but other hotels were providing buffet for breakfast. Elevators too slow and had to wait for hours. Had to paid $25 a day for parking.. for guests should be less or free. Every 30 to 40 minutes the street car drive buy making a noise like an airplane. Hotel should have noise reduction glass windows Not much customer service.

Not a far walk from Bourbon, quiet location. Nice room, spacious with full fridge & microwave. Beautiful lobby with bar area.

Our valet, Jerome, completely hooked his phone to our vehicles CarPlay... which was a bit much. Don’t need anyone adjusting our settings.

Very helpful and friendly front desk reception. We came in to the sound of vibrant live piano melodies. Ms. Daya made our stay all the more memorable! Loved the spacious suite set up for 2 Queens and the location of the hotel which was within walking distance of the French Quarter, and other attractions and well serviced by means of transportation.

A breakfast option would increase the appeal of this hotel. Would have appreciated some recognition for choosing this hotel as part of a 50th birthday celebration.

I love the location to an extent, it’s prime central for Mardi Gras parades. I also love the facility itself including the room it was definitely up to par just needed a bigger trash can. The front desk staff was amazing. I greatly appreciated the fact we could purchase balcony or bleacher tickets for the parades.

I was disappointed that the property had valet service but the person working the booth proceeded as if they didn’t want to do their job nor wanted to be there. I disliked I couldn’t get member points because I booked 3rd party for the hotel. I disfavored I couldn’t receive compensation for incorrect information on a 3rd parties website for the hotel.

Location, room & view were amazing.

Jimmy at check-in was not pleasant & although I had my booking confirmation he setup a second reservation that charged me a no-show $215.81. Management slow to respond but eventually refunded at checkout & Jimmy was blaming the "system" or booking.com which I knew wasn't the case. Overall I'd stay again.

Awesome location during Mardi Gras season but really whenever. Avoid craziness of French Quarter, get space and a kitchen

Valet was overwhelmed/slow but somewhat understandable during peak Mardi Gras season with lots of arrivals, street closures, etc

It is very close by whatever you choose to do in NOLA, with a tram station in front of the hotel and within walking distance from Bourbon street or Canal street, as well as the museum quarter . it is safe and peaceful at night. all you may need will be in your room and the washing and drying is possible at the second floor.

it may be cleaned better between guests. the towels and bed linens are quite old.

The location was great. Liked being near the French Quarter and our final destination the Carnival cruise port. Transportation to the port was also convenient. Gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful too.

You do not have food facilities in your hotel. Had to go out to look for eating places. Found some good affordable spots nearby. Loved that we found Popeyes nearby. Also found store to buy cheap snacks to take on the rest of our trip.

The property was clean, our room was great. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see.

Our room was next to another guest that were VERY LOUD. They stayed up until 3am laughing, yelling and talking loud. They had a dog that they left in the room by itself overnight, so we were woken up to a dog barking at 6am.

The spacious room, is perfect for a family with a teen and a baby . The cleanliness of everything and the location, walking distance to everything, was perfect for our family .

That there wasn't even any complimentary coffee , pillows were way to soft , but other than that everything was great we will definitely be back again .
