Comfort Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Staff was kind and helpful. Any extras that you may need were given when asked. We stayed for 3 nights, so needed more towels and shampoo, and we got them without any problems from the housekeeping staff. We asked for 4 rooms close together and that request was fulfilled. Employee that was setting up breakfast was extremely busy but got you whatever you asked for.

My only suggestions would be that there would be decaf coffee in lobby, available for breakfast and whenever wanted. Also the set up for breakfast was poor. The plates and plastic ware were in the corner where people were getting their beverages and making waffles instead of at the front of the room. People had to cut in between other guests to get them to get their breakfast.

everyone is nice and helpful and it’s very clean just like me and my wife like it! this is the it 2 nd time staying here we want to get away from our town we come down and spend the weekend relax go to the boat and do fun things ! will definitely be back but I have been having issues with booking.com they canceled on of my lost important trips to Jamaica cancelled my hotel after they guaranteed me it would not be cancelled so I had to research the web and find a place for me and my family to stay! Now they are in goring my calls messages and rescues to issue me a refund when it was there fault so unfortunately I will not be using booking.com anymore I will either call to book my room or use another company but they have lost my business and I’m sure a few more but I have taken this to my lawyer to let him handle it! you guys as well need to drop there services because they are not fair and will not let you speak to a supervisor and they are over in another country so that is a big red flag as well to many scammers out here and none of them really understand English! Booking.com is very poorly ran and very unprofessional

Location was great. Close to food, stores, activities but not right on top of things. the staff was friendly and even though the parking lot looked full, it was not loud inside. there was also a good breakfast variety.

breakfast was okay but the orange juice tasted like watered down tampico. Also on the day of checkout housekeeping was knocking on our door an hour BEFORE checkout.

The rooms were very large compared to other hotels. The room was comfortable, clean, and we liked the modern decorations. Great shower and plenty of storage space. Good TV selection and comfortable beds. Good, quiet location that felt very safe. Easy parking access. Large open lobby area. Clean throughout the entire facility. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very lack luster, but I realize this is more due to the pandemic than the hotel itself. Hopefully, the breakfast will get better as time goes forward, but the current situation was a minimal continental breakfast with no hot food. Rubber waffles and grains in the coffee. Grabbed a muffin and banana for the road, but that's about it.

Everyone was very nice and the rooms were super clean. And, the bed was very comfortable. Great location.

The only complaint was the breakfast. The coffee was super strong. I couldn't drink it. And the juice machines were always messed up. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Very clean, nice room with shower/tub, microwave, and mini fridge. Pool area and outdoor portion were nice and relaxing, as well.

Towels were rough and scratchy. Breakfast was good, not wonderful. I also wished the breakfast area was roomier, as everyone was crammed in.

The bed was comfortable, great hot shower. The room was very clean. The location and hotel itself seemed very safe. The breakfast was good and hot. Close to lots of other restaurants.

I asked for a non smoking room. It seemed my room had a hint of smoke smell to it.

We absolutely loved our room. It was very spacious and nice.

The pillows were crap. They seem very wore out they definitely would not pass the taco test. Lol. I used to clean hotel rooms. The only other complaint was the kids in the rooms across the hall. I'm assuming they had 2 rooms side by side they kept running back and fourth slamming doors and yelling I eventually ended up tuning them out.

The breakfast was adequate, I missed having meat! (Bacon or sausage) The staff there was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a week and had to forage toilet paper off the cleaning cart before we ran out. Our daughter, in the other room, ran out of t.p. and had to use some of ours until she could get more. This was due to the housekeeping being limited.

Everything! The Pool was nice, the breakfast was good, the place was clean, bed was comfortable. It was only 5 minutes away from where I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful...
