Holiday Inn Express Campbellsville, an IHG Hotel

Location, cleanliness, free breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.

Could of been a *bit* cleaner-the shower curtain was wore out, found a dead baby spider in our room, bathroom floors a little dirty. ALSO The breakfast person didn't come in so the poor employee ws having to work the front desk and make breakfast the morning we left. She was overwhelmed and guests were being rude to her. She shouldnt be responsible for two huge areas if someone calls in

We did get breakfast at 940 was over that is why I paid extra to stay there. I thought 10 am was standard. It is pricey for a small town to me. I will probably go back to Best Western but it is a great hotel and well maintained. I have been priority club for 20 years at least.

No breakfast and wasn’t offered anything even tho It was still out or some.

The facility had been updated. The rooms and lobby were very nice.

I have a travel purse I keep 800 to 1000 dollars in that I never take out. I forgot to put it in the safe. A week after I got home I noticed silver eye case was gone. They had to dig in my purse to fine this.

Newer, clean property located close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a quiet and peaceful place with super friendly staff and a terrific breakfast with crispy bacon, pre-made mini omelets, real biscuits and gravy, warm Cinnabon brand rolls and a pancake machine in addition to all the items normally found in an express hotel breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

The pool.was open and they offered breakfast, neither of which we used but it was nice to know it was available. The room was huge, clean, and the staff was great!

The one suggestion I have is the lobby door should either have a handicap accessible button to open or they should be automatic opening. It was hard to open the door while carrying our luggage. I will still come back again and again

We Loved your continental breakfast buffet! Biscuits n Gravy, fresh fried eggs n bacon, sausage, cinnamon rolls, plus all the muffins n cereal, juices, fresh fruit!!! It was made perfectly everyday!

We had a little trouble the night before our stay, it was on our part not theirs and they helped us get an early check-in so we could get some much-needed rest

Had a couple minor room problems, nothing major but a little inconvenient, they made it right.

When I first checked in I had a slight issue regarding the room I booked, but eventually the front desk staff accommodated me, then upon leaving my rate had changed but the manager on duty corrected my rate, explained the error to me, and everything was perfect. If needed I will definitely stay again, the room was very clean and the whirlpool was nice.

The breakfast is amazing every time I stay there. Best bacon and biscuit and gravy. Tons of choices including healthy choices. Large milk instead of just small cartons. Coffee is delicious! Omelets are a huge plus because not many hotels have them. They have the healthy egg white omelets as an option as well. My daughter attends CU

Breakfast was wonderful, crisp bacon, cheese omelets, everything you could want. Attendant was very busy, but she was so nice with helping us. A very good breakfast.

Bed could have been a little more firmer for me, but that's just me.
