Very well cared for. Friendly staff, a nice fresh breakfast each morning, and good location for us. It was right next to an old closed run down shopping mall but we felt safe. Traffic in the area was not bad.

The staff member who checked us in was great and super funny!! Bed was firm, loved being able to manipulate the temperature.
Bathroom could have used another wipe down I think. There were hairs in the bathroom/shower when we got there.

The location was fine and the breakfast was adequate. We were encouraged when the host told us that our room should be quiet because we were on the top floor with nobody next to us.
We were disappointed to find that there were people right next to us and they were rather loud, but at least they quieted down around 10:30 PM, so it was fine. We waited quite a while for the hot breakfast food to be replenished and it was not at all crowded when we got down to eat (7:30 AM). If it had been busier I think there would have been plenty of unhappy people. Also, some police came while we were eating breakfast, but that was no fault of the hotel, just an unfortunate circumstance.

doors to the rooms were extremely loud when closed so everytime someone on our floor left or came in their room, our whole room shook and woke us up all night!
