loved how close it was to I29 The staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and I loved that the TV said hello & my name. The room and bathroom are very modern and pretty & one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time since Covid.

This is not necessarily the hotels fault when I say this but someone was playing really loud music near the hotel or in the hotel. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We did notice a wedding party when we first checked in so it could have been them. There is also a brewery across the street so not sure if it was them. It didn’t stop with the loud music till 3am so we didn’t get much sleep :( unfortunately. When I asked if there was something going on when we checked out the front desk said oh not that she was aware of but she had just started her shift. Again not blaming the hotel just was something we noticed.

The price was spendy. Stayed 2 nights cause my mom was in the hospital. Paid almost $400 for the 2 nights. Wish they had some sort of a discount for families who are there because of a hospital stay with a loved one. $400 is a big hit especially when you’re missing work and having to be there. This hotel is just a couple blocks from the hospital so it was convenient. I didn’t use anything except for the room. Just needed a place to crash for the night.

the cleanliness and the location

that we had to eat at the bistro. we drove 9 hours and wanted to order pizza and stay in our room. was told that we couldn’t do that. we are at the bistro, as we were exhausted and didn’t want to drive. the prices were to high for the food we got.

Loved the location and accessibility to walk where we were going.

I did not like having the main light switch having to be on to use the restroom. When getting up in the night, you had to turn on the main switch which turned the lights on above the bed. Not sure if every room was like that or if something wasn’t wired properly.

Really liked the location. Staff were pleasant. The amenities were wonderful-especially the pool and gym.

The front desk receptionist was difficult to locate before check-in, and at check-out as well.

It was all great .Fire pit should be on in winter..that would be wonderful.

The towels in bathroom were not clean .Bathroom needed a better cleaning as well.I explained to Manager and he was great about .I was in Souix city for my Moms funeral .The entire staff was lovely .They allowed me late check out on Sunday .Thank you very much Souix city Staff.

The gym was great~ and very clean! The room was beautiful great value appreciated the coffee, refrigerator and microwave. Excellent bed linens and loved the small sofa w ottoman.

Hallways could be cleaner in the room areas. They weren’t bad but if I had to find anything wrong maybe more vacuuming in hallways.

It is a very nice place to stay, would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if they were to be coming to the Sioux City area. Right on 4th street, and in walking distance of most restaurants and bar. Staff was inviting as well as was there for anything you needed.

Beautiful property with extremely comfortable beds

Room 129 sounded like every room in the hotel was flushing, the toilet above the head of our bed. kept us up most of the night

Nice location, nice to have Starbucks available.

Booking.com messed up my booking. Had my name reversed, had to use a different credit card to check in, and my original card still has a charge on it. Completely unnecessary as well as frustrating.
