Nice accommodations; clean and comfortable. Nice setting outside where one could sit and relax. Visually appealing.
Pool was slightly cooler than expected but still tolerable (as was obvious because we spent quite a few hours in it!) Parking spaces are a bit narrow.

I fell in bath tub and was bruised pretty good. There were no bars to grab for, so I fell clear out of tub and was tangled in shower curtain. I was alone but able to get up. I reported this to management. I was told that I should have asked for handicapped room to have avoided this. Yet I was NOT handicapped.. Was told a report should be filed after her boss was contacted. Never heard anymore about it. ALL rooms should have bars in shower. My ONLY complaint

Great front desk associate the evening we arrived (Feb16th). Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Quality bathroom products. The free breakfast was great with some fun choices (sausage wrapped in a pancake, and breakfast tacos, and little Denver omelets) plus all of the usual items (waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cereal, bagels, English muffins, fruit, and granola bars.) We would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet. Inexpensive. Smelt clean and fresh. We did go during the week, so my son had the pool and hot tub to himself. (He absolutely loved it!) I wouldn't change a thing. The breakfast smelt amazing, but we couldn't eat. My son had to have dental surgery, and I didn't want to eat in front of him.
I didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay another night! Haha. Maybe next time!

The staff was extremely helpful when our party needed to change rooms due to the hotel not having elevators. My grandparents cannot climb stairs and were initially placed on the 3rd floor. When the situation was explained to the staff, they quickly moved the rooms to the 1st floor.
It was very odd to see a multi-floor hotel without an elevator. If you are going to stay and have elderly or disabled family/friends make sure to mention that to the staff. They will help you get the right type of room.

Quiet, clean, great staff. Bathroom was clean and bright with towels in good condition. Carpet was clean with no room mustiness. Breakfast was diabetic friendly and fresh.
Our room had 2 queen beds. The bed I slept in was much too soft with inadequate pillows.

Older lady that did breakfast one morning used the food spoon to clean serving table and then beat spoon inside trashcan then returned spoon to serving line without cleaning it first

The staff was so nice and welcoming. It was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool in our down time. We would definitely stay again!
I wish the pool was a little warmer for the kids and the hot tub was a little on the dirty side towards the end of our stay.

Check in was during a blizzard and because many were running late, they continued to bring out freshly made, warm breakfast food the next morning past the set time! Also the pool was not too cold & hot tub not too hot!
