I love this hotel, it's my go to place when I go home to visit family. Staff have always been amazing. Always clean and well stocked. There is an assortment of breakfast items available. I travel with my mother, 83, disabled and my grandkids, 5 and 12, the staff always tries to put us right across or near the pool. I like that , eases my mind that I can be at the pool with the grands and also keep my eye on mom. I feel its getting just alittle pricey. $228. For one night on a double queen?? Looks like I'll be doing some turn and burns for future trips.

The place was very welcoming clean cozy the rooms were clean the beds were a little hard to sleep on the rooms were a little small but the complimentary breakfast in the mornings was fabulous and the staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect we enjoyed the pool and lounge area out back while the head of our family was working.

I guess the beds were a little uncomfortable. And the rooms were kind of small not a lot of space too bad there wasn't more of a small kitchenette with a possible lounge area where the couch turned into beds and maybe a bedroom a joint to it for the parents that would be a perfect setup for us since we travel a lot with my husband for work especially in the Summer with the kids.

bath tub didn’t work, the water drained because the stopper didn’t work unless you held it down the whole time. there were people with a wedding that were drunk and knocking on our door throughout the night and we were trying to get the front desk to help us with it but there was only 1 staff person and she was in the elevator with the drink party and laughing with them. it seemed like the front desk was part of their party. we answered the door and the drunk person asked if we wanted to go open presents under the Christmas tree in the lobby. scared our 12 year old to death. the lady also tried to hug my 12 year old. she ran away and cried. took us awhile to get her calmed down.

Best bed I slept on all vacation. The room was stocked with towels and sheets that were clean. The whole hotel was quiet which allowed me to sleep well. And breakfast was wonderful.

Front desk clerk when I checked in (about 8pm) could have been a little nicer. When we talked on the phone he was rude, and when I met him in person my opinion was not swayed. Needs to work on charm.

This hotel is always quiet and nice small breakfast choice but just fine for free breakfast

The shower pressure left a lot to be desired we had 2 rooms and both had low water pressure. Part of the problem was the water Diverter did not seal properly and half the water kept flowing from outlet.

There's nothing I dont like about this place. From the minute you walk in the door, it feels like home. Any employee you come into contact with goes above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, stocked and always clean. My grandbabies love the pool!! The breakfast offer you quite a choice to get your day started. This is our go to place when we come home to visit.

This stay I think there was just a bit too much chlorine in the pool. Didnt stop the grandbabies from swimming for hours!!

the room was clean and comfortable, very quiet. the pool was excellent and the gym very well equipped. the staff was friendly and breakfast was good and offered a large variety

Compared to other hotels, I was not able to hear my neighbors, the bed was comfy, and water was warm, and the relaxation was possible. Thank you for meeting my needs.

The front desk worked well with our situation. I have frequently stayed in this hotel. We needed to be in our room at 2 30 and were permitted to check in 30 minites early to accomadate my friends work schedule. I stay in hotel when visiting him.

Breakfast was not the best. We came at 9:00 and things were empty. We finally ask for muffins. We liked the room (particularly the shower) but disappointed in breakfast.
