Good location and clean

when I checked in I had reserved a prepaid for a king bed with a pullout sofa. I was given a room with a non pullout sofa. My family had entered the room and unpacked everything. when I went to open the sofa bed, it was non existent. I went to the desk and changed my room, but blamed booking.com for the error. I then had to repack my room and move to a different room. There no apologies for the inconvenience and just finger pointing at Booking.com. This was after 8PM I had to go through this and had to be up at 5:30AM to prepare for a baseball tournament. I was not happy with the error and no apology, but I am thankful the room was corrected.

The Hotel is by far one of the cleanest places you can stay in. Rooms were so spacious. Staff was great. Bed was excellent. Breakfast was good. Around a lot of great restaurants. Take your pick.

I guess some of the lights run on ECO so if you leave your light on like in a restroom it tends to shut off and on which can be disturbing. It's around tons of shopping centers/Mall so on a busy day or weekend it can cause a lot of clutter and hassle just to get to the hotel.

Staff was professional and kind. The rooms appeared to be clean and prepped. The property overall was very clean.

Just a picky preference, but all we had was one sheet and a heavy comforter. We are a family of four and used two queen beds and everyone woke up with a similar feeling, the comforter was way to thick and heavy. Again, just a personal opinion. The pool deck is extremely slippery as well and had us on edge when we’d get out. I layer towels on the deck from the pool edge to our seats to make it safer.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. Excellent sitting area. Nearly perfect.

One minor complaint - the towels were old, scratchy, and small, which was unexpected in a hotel of this quality.

Breakfast was not that great. Location is good.

This Hotel had professionals operating it. Very friendly staff. Nice facilities. Can't really think of any negitives. Thank you.

We appreciated how clean the room and lobby area was. The breakfast was great, and the staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations.

The location was easy to find, well taken care of. We had a problem in our room (toilet flusher broke) so they were able to move us to the room next door. They have a really nice outdoor seating area near the entrance that you can also get to from the outside exit door of the swimming pool.

Only thing we didn't like was the pool had a limit of 15 guests (darn COVID-19). We went down the first night to go swimming & there was a whole big group of people in there who didn't appear to be leaving anytime soon.

Location really worked out..Breakfast was hot and delicious..Staff was especially nice..very professional.

The breakfast was easy and on the go. I really liked the easy access to the backdoor in the evening and in the morning.

Our refrigerator was not turned on. We did not realize it until the morning. We lost food we purchased the night before. It was very disappointing. Maybe the people that prep the room could check that. I never thought to verify that the refrigerator was turned on or not.
