Hampton Inn Indianapolis Northwest - Park 100

The property had clearly been completely modernized. Modern furniture, renovated bathrooms, new carpets and tiling. the swimming pool and common areas were very clean. staff were helpful, friendly. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of different types of pillows based on your preference of soft or firm.

the location was a bit out of the way and there weren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. but they opened the common area to have your takeout which was fun. also they do charge $2 for parking overnight. it is not advertised but they do.

We had a great experience- from the greeting we received upon checking in to the conversation on the way out! The room was very clean- the bathroom was very clean also. The bed was comfortable and the number/location of outlets worked great for us to charge our phones. I would highly recommend this room/hotel to others. We will definitely use this location for our return trip every year when we visit our son in SC.

Since we were only at the hotel for one night there is nothing that I would have changed! Even the breakfast this morning was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. Sorry- there is nothing negative to say!

Women (wish I remembered her name) who checked us in was wonderful - pleasant with a great sense of humor. On the way into the parking lot, our car broke down - the alternator went out. I asked Steve xxxx (who I think was coming on duty) if he had any recommendations of somewhere to get a repair on a Saturday morning and he immediately whipped out his phone and started looking through it and came up with a name for me that turned out to be a fantastic guy who provided great service, and helped us out of a real bind. Neither he nor Steve had to help me out but Steve knew the right guy and ended up saving the weekend for us.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The pool was clean and fun. We appreciated the late hours that it was open bc we had so many activities to do but didn't want to miss out on swimming!

There were ants in the room, even when we switched rooms. The 2nd bed had broken down on one side as well.

Cleanliness and quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom room didn't lock. The hairdryer didn't work. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and the kleenex box had only 3 tissues in it. We were a family of 4 so that was a big deal. Also the exhaust fan didn't not work.

Very clean hotel, employees were friendly and very helpful. Room as described, with all needed amenities (including fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Comfy bed, good internet connection, good TV channels. Loved the breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, and very large tea offering (just to mention my favorites).

There's nothing that I didn't like.

EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NICE HOTEL, ALL THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND NICE. COMFY BEDS, BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. LOCATED IN A SAFE AREA.. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. WE WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS N FAMILY

All of the staff were amazing, friendly and a lot of fun!

A winter storm had came through and dropped quite a bit of snow before we arrived. The parking lot was not plowed, which made it very hard to park. Also, because we spent a lot of time hanging out in the lobby, it was always very warm/hot. The temperature was actually 78 degrees.

clean, comfortable rooms.. plenty of charging outlets for electronics.. very friendly staff... breakfast was delicious.. hot coffee was amazing.. pool area was very nice.. workout equipment was very well maintained in the fitness center...

there was absolutely nothing i did not like here...i have zero negative things to say

The property looks nice and well kept. The lobby and pool area seemed clean.

There was someone else’s food left in the mini fridge. There were not enough towels in the bathroom, there was no shampoo either. The room was nice and overall okay but those things really left a bad impression.
