The room was spacious. Little commodities; like the coffee pot in my room, the coffee, served 24/7 in the lobby, or the fact that I could log into my Netflix account on their tv made it all feel homier. The staff was so helpful and welcoming and they went above and beyond. The location is soo great! You're so close to everything. I loved that there was a spa tub in my bathroom. The bedding was so clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked so quickly and filled the whole room. lots of closet space, full-body mirror. extra pillows in the closet. Plenty of towels in my bathroom, as a girl, that is usually the most frustrating aspect about a hotel, begging for more towels every day. I also LOVED that the work out room was available 24/7 and the pool was great.

The price. it was a bit steep for one night. When I booked online it said $120 a night, but that was with the spa tub in my room so I decided to splurge. I wish it would have been more upfront that that wasn't the final cost, it actually ended up being $156.73. And honestly, I didn't think the room was worth that for just one night. The spa tub was a huge draw, but it wasn't cleaned enough. I have blonde straight hair and had to clean out curly black hair from the tub before I could use it. I think it's also worth noting that you're charged about a $6.00 for their wifi. Most places wifi is free so this kind of rubbed me the wrong way. But on top of that, mine didn't even work. I had to use my phone's data for my entire stay, but still got charged a fee for wifi?

Very clean and nice juccie room . Shower was awesome and provided all supplies body wash shampoo and conditioner and not the cheap stuff. Juccie was amazing and jets worked amazing stayed in for hours and and water stayed hot. Front desk help was great and very helpful and has room ready. .

Went for a Hardy concert at Egyptian room . He rock and was nice going back to finish a perfect night.

other then walking into a non cleaned executive suite and cleaning it myself and having a staff member have an attitude about towels the room was amazing and beautiful and it was very relaxing we absolutely got a chance to connect on our anniversary

I didn’t like one out of the several staff members because they were very snappy had poor customer service skills and waved stuff in my face and had an attitude instead of gently handing me the things I so politely asked for

Breakfast was great and pool area clean, well taken care of. Cleanliness and quietness. Close to interstates and convenient if your traveling cross country.

The rooms need a better key system. I have to get my key card reset 4 times during my stay and I wasn’t the only guest that had to do this. Another guest had the same problem that I talked with. And during my exit another guest was also lock out of their rooms. Gotta get those doors working gents.

The staff was extremely friendly and i loved all of the breakfast choices.

Our shower and sink took forever to drain. There was a stain on one of the beds blankets. There also was garbage on the floor by the ac that was not ours

The size of the room and the size of the bathroom. The spa bathtub was really enjoyable with directions on how you use. And the bed was really comfortable. The hotel location also was completely walled off other than the main entrance, giving fantastic sense of security.

Nothing negative, just bathroom light flickered, needing to be changed.

I really like the variety of choices on the menu however it lacked fresh fruit only oranges were available

I didn't know I would be charged $10.00 for parking my car on the premises ..

Bad smell like someone was smoking really bad They where 3 bottles in the shower in the wall about shampoo, body wash, condition there where empty

We loved the Whirlpool bathtub... there are shutters at the edge of the tub that open up into the living room. We liked that.

The only complaint we had was getting to the hotel itself, it was a little bit confusing. Other than that, everything was great!!

Stay was super friendly

The pool and hot tub were very salty. Also the rooms used to be alot cleaner. I have stayed here several times in the past. Love it please don't let the hotel decline.
