Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West-Speedway

Everything!! The location and facilities are excellent.Rooms are spacious, super clean, beds very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, from the moment we checked in, the breakfast was tasty ( not included, but very good). The outdoor space is a plus,.. you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine at night. The lobby bar is a plus.. I highly recommend this hotel!!

I was totally disappointed in the limited food items available and horribly disappointed by the breakfast staff (LaTonya) who made it very clear that she was upset that we decided to come down for breakfast just a half hour before breakfast ended. I did not appreciate her shortness and her unpleasant tone with me when I asked several questions about the food items. I took my grandkids on vacation (to the Indianapolis Zoo). I paid a lot of money for our stay there and I was disappointed with her attitude. Breakfast has start and ending times, and I came down to eat when myself and my grandkids were ready. I don't operate off of someone else's time, if she didn't want to be there working that day, she should have stayed home! All other hotel staff were awesome!

Very clean, staff was friendly, property was quiet, close to a main road with restaurants, stores, etc

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had numerous packages sent there, and they joked that I was the infamous Michelle bc of all the packages. We had a good laugh about it. It was a blessing to me to be able to ship them there.

The smoke alarm going off (false alarm) and because of business we had little sleep.

The staff at this location are wonderful! We arrived late at night with two sleeping young kids and everyone we interacted with with so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast was very expensive and not great value for the money. I liked the convenience but wish there were more options or the food was better for what we paid.

We were given a handicap accessible room that we did not request! The shower was AWFUL! I'll make sure that doesn't happen again. A nice fresh free cup of coffee in the morning would be nice. Starbucks is in the lobby but it's not free!

Friendly staff, very nice room. Also, the hotel was quiet at night for sleeping. I also enjoyed the outdoor patio and fireplace and private booths in the dining area with their own tv.

A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice, but there was a Denny’s right around the corner that had wonderful breakfast options.

The location was excellent. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet in the evening.

The only problem we had was with the shower. There was hardly no water pressure. I had a hard time washing the soap out of my hair and off of my body.

Love the one bedroom suite with televisions in both rooms and the darkening window shades for late sleepers!

Don't like the open shower with no door. Easy for staff to clean but it is cold in the shower and water splashes out.
