Booking app took forever to get the reservation to the hotel. The guy working that night, Connor, did a great job. He was very patient and accommodating.

The Booking app took forever to get the reservations to the hotel. We booked our room earlier in the day, as we were traveling with members of the family with extra needs. We had to stop more often. After a tiring day of driving, it would have been nice to not have to wait for a room. Thank goodness for Connor! It is also confusing why they give active military discounts but not veterans.

The location was very convenient and the hotel was clean and comfortable! Coffee and tea is always available, which is a nice perk. The breakfast was pretty good, too, but not many hot food choices.

One elevator was closed down for our entire weekend stay. The other elevator that was working, stopped working at one point. We had to take the stairs to our 4th floor room with a baby, toddler and a young kid. Staff didn’t seem to care. But it did get fixed in a short time after. Also, shower/tub was dangerously slippery!

I was greeted by a friendly person, who clearly explained all my options, including the complementary bar that was open, the breakfast, and the area restaurants that offered a discount.

Oh, I think the bathroom towels were too thin . Seemed rather cheap. 

The hotel was quite, and in a nice/great location with a good breakfast selection.

The pool was saltwater, and we called before arriving to confirm we could pay cash, but when we arrived they made us pay with card. They also only had 1 waffle machine which made breakfast take a lot longer.

The breakfast had a variety of items and the "hot" items were hot. We stayed on the fourth floor and it was amazingly quiet. Happy to have a fridge in the room to keep the bottled water cold. Plenty of outlets for charging devices and for medical equipment needed.

Everything was good. The housekeeping procedures were easy to understand (for example, if we had wanted fresh towels, all we had to do was put the used towels outside our door).

The property is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the location is conveniently located to other amenities (restaurants, shopping, and the interstate).

COVID really shut down the housekeeping option but we made the best of it and kept our room as clean as possible. Also, they will provide fresh towels and take out the trash if you leave it in the hallway, housekeeping will just not enter your room.

always super clean, nothing to do with current issues about COVID. we stay here on our way to visit family over several years before COVID and the rooms are immaculate.

The breakfast was good and as expected.

The orange juice did not taste good at all. I suspected the dispenser had not been cleaned recently or possibly not thoroughly.

The only complaint I can come up with is the pool room was unbearably hot and the windows u could not open but the staff let us prop open the door

Breakfast was pretty good considering they have to operate with COVID restrictions in place. Still able to offer hot items (prepared and served by staff behind a physical barrier), which was awesome.

Pool heater was broken (water got down to 70°), but that did not stop my girls from having fun in the pool. Treadmills were broken/not working, but the rest of the equipment was good.
