Rooms were clean and the location was great!

Upon check-in I requested a king size room, we got to the room and it was an inner room with double beds. We would have settled for the room but trying to turn on the TV every possible way it did not work, we requested a different room because we wanted tv at first we were told there were only double bed rooms available at which I did not belive the front desk was being honest. The hotel seemed empty and when I called directly to request the room from their booking it was available. Long story short we got the king size room but found out in the morning the phone was not working in this room. This hotel needs to update their technology!

Most hotels of this price have a free breakfast and Skokie, IL Holiday Inn did not. If there were more choices in the area, I would have booked somewhere else with free breqkfast. Would have been a better value for me. I did like that there is a Keurig in my room.

At 7 AM, I asked for towels instead of a room cleaning and the desk worker suggested I come back after my workday to request them. And I said, that is why I am here now. Some in customer service need to seek ways to make it convenient for the customer. Just saying.

It was very convenient because we attended a concert in the hotel's ballroom. Also a great base for the shopping we did in the North Suburban area of Chicago.

The alarm clock wasn't changed with the daylight savings time change. Also the safe was left open with the lock mechanism extended. Without the previous combination, I could not reset the lock.

The pool and the hot tub were fantastic we used them every day. The restaurant was a nice plus as well.

The only issue I had was that I don’t think our room was cleaned very well after the person who stayed there before us there were crumbs of food on the floor next to the bed.

The actual hotel is nice outside and inside...just that the room was as nice as the inside.

The hotel is huge and nice outside, but inside the rooms is where I found few little things. The shower head is too low, im 5'1 and its perfect for my height but my husband is 5'11 so to low for him. Bed was 2 full size and its too small for me and my husband but perfect for my son. I like to sleep with all the lights turn off, but as soon as we turn all the lights off, it was bright, there's a light from the ceiling and it bothers me. I didn't have good night sleep

The parking was free. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby is nice. There is a small convenient store and vending machines available. Close to restaurants and shopping. We felt safe.

Our key did not open the outdoor access doors. The hotel itself was confusing to navigate. We were not shown a map of the property when checking in. We were told to park on one side of the building and our room was on the opposite side. No free breakfast or coffee.

Rooms are clean and comfortable bed, very good location

staff is so rude and not helping, rooms are difficult to find, When we check in to the room no body wash or hand wash in the room we need to go and grab from reception. They provided just a dove soup.

We like the room. It is spacious and the bed is comfortable with enough pillows. Our room has a vanity mirror too. The staffs are accommodating. The crew in the hotel bar are very nice.

The only thing we didnt like are the stain in the toilet. Other than that overall the cleanliness of the room is good.

We requested a quiet room away from elevator and ice machine. It more than met our needs. We were so tired but woke up refreshed

CO-VID precautions still a concern. TV remote should be enclosed in sanitary covering. Include at least 2 of each coffee pods.

Was in a good location everything what you needed staff friendly and helpful

For the price bed could of been bigger and even though stay for 6 days ,cleaners could of come in and refresh the room and bed
