Great breakfast value....three elevators...good swimming pool and jacuzzi Very cold AC in the summer We loved it. Plenty of shampoo and body soap in shower. Coffee maker in room with coffee and mini fridge, Good experience Very nice big open lobby lounge with ample seating to hang out.

Check in....one of our rooms was not quite ready and the first room we were given was not cleaned at all. The mainds had not even been there yet so we were a bit surprised when we opened the door to the room. The front check in staff promptly gave us another room. Very kind. No problem really.

The location had two swimming pools and a hot tub. A workout room was also a bonus! The staff was nice and attentive. The location is close to the Woodfield mall and they have a free shuttle to go to the mall!

There is not much improvement on the stay. We had a hard time finding water fountains to fill our water bottles at first. They have a very nice water dispenser in the workout room. The food option in the hotel is a bit pricey.

Loved the location & modern style. Everything was very up-to-date, clean, and presentable. The bed was also very comfortable as well.

There were no adult swim hours for the pool and hot tub. Every night the pool was crowded with little kids and my girlfriend and I had no way to relax. They should at least add adult swim hours for an hour or two. The pool was also needing some shock...the water was getting filmy & gross.

I don’t like that the company has a vaccine mandates for the bar area. I’m against entities telling the public on making their medical decisions or they deny service. I wish the hdmi aux area was more accessible so I could plug in my portable firestick. Otherwise, hotel is amazing. Basic, king bed rooms feels like you asked for a suite. Hotel is luxuries. Bar drinks and food taste great. You have Starbucks option available, which is an awesome perk. Going back to the room, spacious and beds are very comfortable. My favorite hotel.

Vaccine mandate. Politicians and businesses should not tell people how to make their medical choices that leads to a refusal of business.

we been staying in this hotel everytime we visit chicago , one of the things I notice I have many allergies, but when I stay in this place I do good with my allergies , I don’t sneeze so much in morning when i wake up, i really believe its because your beds and pillow are very high quality

i only spend a few hours of aleep because i get there very late we where attending a. quinceanera in chicago since we live in machesney park about an hour and 10 minutes away

The hotel is very close to the mall and other attractions, but in the business area, so you miss all of the traffic of the mall area, which is nice. The hotel was well taken care of, with comfortable rooms, a nice shower, and other amenities (like the TV that lets you log in to your streaming services). I didn't get to check out the pool BUT there is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, AND whirlpool, which is awesome. Also, breakfast in the morning was pretty good, too! There's also a Starbucks inside.

For some reason, the air conditioner in our room wasn't cooling down the room all that much, but it wasn't super warm outside, so it wasn't too bad.

I loved how clean everything was, and the location was perfect for us!

We got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes because no one told me that I had to swipe my room key in the elevator. Or if the clerk did tell me this, it was when she checked me in, and she told me a list of things really fast, so I didn't catch it. But that was not a great experience for me after driving for 7 hours to get there, and having all of our luggage to carry around, on and off the elevator, trying to figure out the problem. Another guest had to eventually help us get to our floor. Also, the breakfast was way overpriced. $15 a person for breakfast? It should be free, after charging $160 a night for 2 people. And the hot tub wasn't in working order 😥

Never disappoints. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and every area from pool, gym area, restaurant, to my room was clean. I love being so close to everything. Endless places to shop and eat within 5 minutes of you. I also enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Again amazing staff there as well.

-the situation distance from the Woodfield Mall, Restaurants, and downtown Chicago. -the atmosphere of the hotel and the outside pool -the check-out system is fast and easy -the staff gives you a feeling like family

I loved how accommodating they were. especially when I first arrived. they had us on the 9th floor and I am super claustrophobic and cannot get into an elevator. the man at the front desk asked if I’d like to switch rooms so I could take the stairs at no extra cost.
