The breakfast is our favorite part. The staff is very friendly and interacts wonderfully with our children. I have medicine that needs refrigerated and the mini fridge froze my ice packs again and kept my medicine cold. Wonderful. We were able to eat at 6 and be on the road at 7 with a rental car to Indiana. We'll definitely be coming back!

I think the temperature in the hotel is too cold for the climate change we are experiencing. Fortunately we were able to change the temperature in the room but the hotel at large could probably bump the temperature a few degrees.

We were only there for one night, and arrived by car. The room served our needs well, the staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi (we needed to get downtown shortly after we arrived and the taxi arrived at the hotel on time and got us to our event in perfect order), and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful and good.

The architecture is pretty dated, and it can be tricky to arrive by car. There is no stoplight to get out of the parking lot and the overnight parking is $30/night, which seemed a little overpriced. That said, we were grateful to have a place to stay.

Hotel was really comfortable and handy after long travel day before picking up our hire car. Hertz was very close so we could walk over and pick up our car 7am the next day. Good tip is that if you can't find the hotel shuttle at ohare go to car rental area and its 5 min walk from there if you don't mind walking or gave little luggage like we did.

We were given the wrong room number and had to return to reception as we saw people's luggage in the room we were told was ours but the hotel sorted it straight away. Otherwise, stay was really good

The parking was convenient - outdoor, easy access, no ramp to navigate. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent - comfortable beds, nice linens, fantastic shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the airport from our window and could watch planes land and take off, but surprisingly the room was very quiet. I' a light sleeper and I didn't hear a thing all night.

My only complaint was that the eggs at breakfast were lukewarm but that's because it was a buffet and people left the lid open.

It was very spacious and I enjoyed the lobby while waiting for the shuttle to the airport. I was relived to see that the elevator only works when you swipe your room key: I stayed alone but I put 2 guests total when I reserved out of precaution so they would not know I was staying by myself.

The quinoa dish that I ordered was delicious but the price of $26 with tax is too high. I wasn't offered any sides and I don't know if it came with any. The remote control was very slow to respond when pressing buttons on both tvs.

The shuttle driver was terrific. Personable and professional. It's a newly remodeled atrium hotel, so it had the feel of an Embassy Suites but the interior design was a bit higher end. My lunch upon arrival in the restaurant was excellent.

There was the occasional odd cobweb probably off the maid service to-do list as cleanliness was otherwise excellent. And there were a lot of stains on the bench seating in the restaurant. Probably a bad call on fabric.

Good clean hotel for lay over near O'hare. When we get in the lobby, it said marriot bon voy and I did not know I could use my mebership to upgrade or better price. Please advice what is the real name of that hotel.. Good room and beds. BF is okay. But pay extra in room price.

Shuttle as there. Look like it run only half hour from clock one time drop off and pick up. It took almost more than 45 minutes in cold weather for us to wait at international pick up. Driver is friendly.

There was a huge group of unruly children throwing things and shouting all through the hotel. I asked the manager why this was allowed to continue. They were unable to stand up to the parents out of fear of bad reviews. I'm disappointed that I had to pay that kind of money and the manager isn't even allowed to ask other guests to behave so everyone can have a pleasant stay. Those parents were also bringing their own alcohol into the lobby and consuming it -- those poor bartenders, having to clean up after drinks they weren't even tipped on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suites were huge, immaculate and clean, it was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good. The location was great! The free shuttle services are brilliant and even took us to the train station to allow us to see more of the city while we stayed. Very close to the airport so it was easy for us to catch our flight. Would definitely stay again.

The openness of the property was nice , along with the room which was very spacious and comfortable.

It was my first time staying at that specific Sheraton location, and only there for one night. Customer service is very important especially when it comes to first impressions to newly arriving customers at check-in. I did not see the service with a smile, nor did I feel very welcome by the Guest Service Agent when checking in. He was very quick and I felt he was somewhat dismissive.
